Within moments, the representative helping me had worked me through my problem and I was back on track. His directions were so simple and easy to follow! It was a pleasure Working with this representative. What I really liked was that he explained what had gone wrong so that the next time I see kilograms on my scale, I will know what to do.

Second purchase, the Puls 9S Pro
I bought the Pressure XS Pro about a month ago and was so pleased with the purchase and the excellent customer service I received.
Today I was having some difficulty placing my online order for Puls 9S Pro so I called customer service and Justine was beyond description. He was super kind and extremely helpful and a real gentleman and he stayed on phone with me until I finished placing my order and helped me with a discount code as well.
5 Stars well deserved for Justine and for the Oxiline prodcut quality. I will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends and siblings.

This company has excellent customer service. I needed and oximeter replaced and the service representative took care of it immediately! How great is that. I use my oximeter every day, and several times a day. I am very pleased with this company and their product.
Very poor product and awful customer service
I ordered an Oxiline MD Pro Scale on November 12 and was advised delivery would be within 3-4 days. I emailed support when I had not received it after a week, and was promised my order was about to be shipped. I finally received my order on December 5, downloaded the app, and was excited to try my new body composition scale the following morning. Unfortunately, even following the instructions to the letter, I was not able to get any measurements except for my weight, which displayed as KGs on the scale instead of pounds. I tried 8 times with the same issue. I tried again the following morning having first removed the (minimal) hard skin on my feet in case that affected the reading and was able to get one measurement out of 6 attempts. The results from that one "success" were definitely not correct, as it shows my body fat to be 5.4% which it very clearly isn't. I'm guessing my BF is closer to 20%. So either the company claims that their data is within 5% of a DEXA is completely fabricated, or their quality control is lacking. Either way, the scale is useless. I called Oxiline's so called support line and following the call I was offered a 30% refund to keep the faulty item, or a full refund if I shipped the scale back to them at my own cost!!! I will be pursuing a refund through my credit card company.

I have two devices from this company. The TENS XS pro and a blood pressure cuff. Both are excellent products. Customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. They even replaced my defective unit when I had a battery problem after it was out of warranty. I highly recommend this company for their excellent products and customer service!
Solid Device, Great CS!
I purchased the Oxiline Pressure XS Pro after lots of research. The device is easy to use and gives accurate readings. After the initial set up, I was not able to get the monitor to sync with the phone app. I sent an email to CS and got an immediate reply. Did some trouble shooting and problem was solved. It was easy and all questions were answered and ultimately problem was solved. It may have been quicker to have called (on me), but the email trail will give me a reference if I have issues in the future. It was one exchange and left a great first impression of what this company is all about. Douglas was professional, responsive, and seemed glad to help me.
Scale MD Pro Has Potential, But Also Issues
Scale MD Pro performed as expected out of the box. However, multiple attempts to rescan failed due to connection issues, which led to customer service call. CSR responded quickly and was helpful in resolving the immediate problem with a work-around. However, the root cause of the problem exists between the device and the app, which must be fully closed on your mobile device so that is not running in the background. Also noted that while the "Features" list includes "multiple users," there were no instructions on how to setup multiple users. Answer is each user much create account and connect with their personal mobile device. So, I like the results of the scan and I'm told a future app upgrade may include multi-user support on one device, I'm reserving judgement until I've had more time with the device and company.
The TENS XS Pro exceeded expectations!
The TENS unit was used as received, no APP required. The instructions on line were well written and we were pleased with noticeable results from the first 30 minute session.
The device combines advanced technology and high quality workmanship to provide an easy to use instrument for pain relief.
I highly recommend the Oxiline line of professional medical equipment for home use.
False blood pressure readings from…
False blood pressure readings from their equipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I as for a refund on my purchase and was rejected because it was 2 days beyond the 30 day return window. The 2 days were over a weekend but it didn't matter to them. Very poor customer service and indifferent to the needs of the consumer!

I’ve had to contact Customer Service regarding functioning of my scale. It took a few days for a response, but it was a personalized response that fully answered my question.

Nonexistent customer service
Ordered a tens pro. It was promised to be delivered within 3 days. A week later, still no delivery. Wrote to customer service to cancel order. Email from them 5 days later stating that I could not cancel. Wasn’t shipped yet. Long story short, horrible customer service. Will not respond to my emails. Disputed the charge with my credit card company.
