Ordered a Scale MD Pro
Ordered a Scale MD Pro. It did not work properly despite following instructions to the letter but worse was trying to contact customer service. 3 emails went unanswered over the course of a week and 3 calls, 2 of which I waited over an hour each time to speak to a customer service rep to return the thing. In the end it cost me $33 to send it back. Very disappointing experience.
Scam company!
Website says products in stock - Took 3 weeks to even process the order, then issued a tracking number that doesnt work. Been 10 days since tracking number was received and still doesnt work.
Multiple attempts to contact them all unsuccessfull. No return emails or even acknowledgment of having read the email.
Junk of a company. Hope I don't have warranty issues like others have since contacting them seems impossible!

Ordered a scale from them, quoted 3-4 days delivery heard nothing for 10 days, tried phoning them 55 mins wait time to talk to anybody. Do not order from this company buy Hume instead better product and 10 x better service.
Cancelled order but did not return money!
Order did not come as promised. I contacted them and they said it was back ordered. This was not indicated when I ordered. I asked that the order be canceled because I would not receive it before Christmas. Representative canceled order and told me my refund would be forthcoming in 3-5 business days. This time period has well passed. and still no money has reached my account! I want my money back!
Oxiline went above and beyond honoring a warranty that they didn't have to
My meter stopped working and I may have accidentally inserted the wrong end of the test strip with the blood sample into the meter. I contacted Oxiline customer support to ask if there's a way to fix the meter, and they offered a warranty replacement. I confessed that I may have caused the meter problem and also that I didn't feel that I was owed a warranty replacement because I may have damaged the meter myself. Warranties generally are not honored when the item is misused, but Douglas at Oxiline checked and they decided to honor the warranty anyway. I didn't expect it and didn't think I deserved it, but I'll happily accept the replacement meter. I cannot recommend Oxiline highly enough for supporting their customers.

I purchased a tens unit on the 17th with the promise that it would arrive by Christmas.
It shipped on the 22nd or at least that was the claim.
Is is now the 28th and the unit has not shipped at all.
Ant contact to the customer service telephone line ends after an hour and it hangs up on you.
Three emails have been sent and none replied to.
Just avoid this place.

Ordered a smart scale directly from company December 14th well before Christmas with 3-4 day delivery. Received no communication when the scale didn’t arrive by day 6. Day 9 was able to speak with customer service who apologized, said they ran out of stock but were expediting shipment & provided a UPS tracking label & said it might make it for Christmas or just after. - much to my dismay they’re shipping ground from Los Angeles with anticipated delivery by January 7th - totally unacceptable!! Although they “empathize” with your concerns but they do a poor job of communicating & don’t meet commitments.
Better product, better service.
I have the blood glucose monitor and it’s just a better product than anything else I’ve tried. The customer service is also top notch-personalized, easy to reach, and caring!
the worst product and service ever
received a oxiline smart scale md pro 1 month later after the order. also the product was not working properly. only measured the weight, was not even able to measure body fat %. the App said "measurement error". contacted customer service center. they proposed two options: 30% refund while keeping the unit and a full refund with my own expense to shipping back. I will choose the full refund option but I don't get why the shipping cost on the customer side. I strongly recommend not to buy oxilline MD pro. this is not SMART scale at all and even worse than my 20 years scale that is able to measure the body fat.
Not recommended
I order an scale and I was told it was going to arrive 3-4 days after order. Right now is day 25 and still not delivered. Reached out to them and they gave me a 20$ coupon for a next purchase (insulting to assume I will buy again from them after this) and no other compensations for this huge delay. Now UPS tracking number at least says that it will be delivered on January 2nd. I suggest people to look for alternative companies.

We did a lot of research to find the best product for the best price. This option had a lifetime warranty, where competitors only had a one year warranty. This product also did not require additional purchases for the product to be useable (like monthly pay apps) with never ending fees. Great customer service, as they also granted us a one-time military discount.
This company is not organized at all
This company is not organized at all. Their website says they have the scale in stock... they do NOT. No communication at all. I had to reach out to them after not receiving the scale for 2 weeks, it took them 3 days to respond to tell me they were waiting for another shipment and that they would expidite shipping as soon as they received it. Two and a half weeks after ordering they created a UPS label, took 2 more days before it was picked up. Expidited? NOPE, UPS Ground Saver, 2 more weeks to arrive and over a week after Christmas.
Website has always said and still says they have it in stock. They WILL charge your card the minute you order it.

Never received order for smart scales
I ordered my scales on 30th November and was told it would be 3-4 days for delivery. I still have not heard a single thing apart from them telling me 3 weeks ago that there was a supply issue (which I had to reach out and wait days to figure out).
I'm just about ready to do a charge back from my banks. This is ridiculous and I don't recommend this scam company at all.
Oxiline MD Pro never ships
I ordered oxiline md pro Nov 29, heard nothing when expected delivery didn't happen. I have emailed, talked to the bot and called. Tracking number created Dec 8 has never left facility. They took the money right away. They claim to have units but can't say when it will ship. They say order is complete. They claim to expedite several times now every week but seems they don't do anything at all except say be patient. Fake news
UPDATE. today is Dec 29. my scale still has not shipped. They have had my money for a MONTH
This so called US Company operates like a scam company
I ordered the smart scale from them on Dec 9, with them taking full payment on the same day - but since then there has been no movement on the order status. Repeated attempts at contacting their support team via email go unanswered. And their call center operates exactly like a scam call center - unrealistic wait times when you call, and wait times that do not reduce at all (even after staying on the line for well over the initially quoted wait time). Do not use this company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a scale from the oxiline web site. Never received a confirmation email or order number. They had no problem charging my credit card right away. Waited three days for any order / shipping info. Nothing. Tried to contact them thru email and their order AI bot on the website. Tried three days in a row. No reply to emails and bot just keeps saying there was a shipping issue with your order and will create a high priority ticket and shipping will contact me asap. Three days later still waiting. Tried calling them. Over an hour and half wait. What poor service from the minute I ordered it

Save yourself the trouble. I placed an order that was supposed to include expedited 3-4 day shipping. When it hadn’t arrived in over two weeks I emailed the company, no response for three days so I called, then spent 40 minutes on hold before reaching someone. At least THAT PERSON was helpful and cancelled my order, but what a complete waste of my time.

1/8 update: Bumping from 1 to 3 stars. after my review they contacted me to say the scale was backordered, which is totally fine, just wish they communicated earlier.
Well I received the scale earlier than they said, looked really nice but came damaged. Reached out to customer service and again it took a long time to hear back, but they are sending a replacement. Hoping the next one works great and I can bump up another star.
Ordered a scale on 12/5 and I've not received any update on shipping yet. Messaged customer service twice with no reply.
I used my FSA card, so this very disappointing as any money not used by the end of the year I lose, so I thought this would be a good use of it, though now I think I should have gone with Hume or Withings.
I'm understanding if there's a delay or it's back ordered but the no communication is what makes this the most frustrating.
