Similar issue to other reviewers. Message saying the order is despatched but it really hasn't as Fedex has not received the product. Multiple attempts to contact customer service thru chat and email, no response. Would avoid the hassle and not purchase from them. Have no idea what the product is like as it would seem it's not on the way anytime soon.
Company won’t send product or refund
I have yet to receive the order I placed, but also am not receiving any further communication from the company. I was sent a “tracking ID” after initially inquiring about a shipping date. I was notified that the item was on back order, but they were expecting a supply within the next week. Well, within a couple of days I received an email that my order shipped. However, that tracking ID still states after 10 days that UPS is waiting for the package. They will no longer respond and the phone number is not useful. I would not order from here. Their poor business practices leave a lot of questions as to their legitimacy. Save your money and time.
Disappointed considering the cost
Shipping took longer than expected and communication wasn't great. Also there were problems with the device and it took a week to get a response. Worked once then not again. Asked me to video tape the problem, placing the burden of a problem on the customer. They should have just sent a new device out with a return label or something.
Bad product, worse customer service
My wife gave me the scale MD Pro for Christmas. I have yet to get the scale to operate properly. All it does is measure my weight. None of the other functions work.
I emailed customer support (because there is no phone number) and waited a week for a response. I was told it is the app. Uninstall, reinstall, reconnect the scale. I did that and it still didn’t work.
They asked me to take a video of me using the scale to show what happens when I use it. I sent them the video. Another email and another week u til I got a response. I was told again that the app is the issue. They recommended a third party app that international users work.
At this point I asked for a refund. Yes, outside the 30 day window, it a non-functioning product and terrible customer support was enough for me.
I don’t want to hear “30 day window”. Your product does not work. Your customer service is atrocious.
Be warned. Do not give this company your money. Go with a better product (for more
money) from a better company. You get what you pay for.
Almost a week later they haven’t even…
Almost a week later they haven’t even shipped my order that was to arrive in 2-3 business days. O my follow up is an automated email that they are busy do to Black Friday. It’s late January give me a break. This is not a business it’s a popcorn stand.
This company is a big scam
This company is a big scam. I ordered a Scale MD Pro last November and as of the 20th January 2026 I still have not received the goods. I have emailed them numerous times about the delay and they say they have been very busy over Xmas. They then said the goods had been shipped but the tracking code was false and didn't work. I have contacted them about the tracking code not working but they have not returned my email. I also think they have a UPS shipping page linked to their site which is also a scam. Non of the links or numbers or contacts work on that page. Its all a scam. Do not buy anything from them.
Awful Customer Service, Broken Promises, and Zero Follow-Through
I rarely leave negative reviews, but Oxiline has earned this one.
I purchased the Scale MD Pro on November 14, and it didn’t arrive until December 5—nearly three weeks later. That delay was only the beginning of a much larger problem.
The scale never functioned properly. I contacted Oxiline and spoke with a support representative on January 2, while I was still clearly within their 30-day return window. I considered returning the product outright but instead chose to give Oxiline a chance to make things right through a warranty replacement, trusting that a reputable company would follow through.
That trust was a mistake.
I was told a replacement had been submitted, yet no shipping confirmation, no timeline, and no meaningful communication ever followed. I sent a detailed follow-up email on January 14 and allowed over a week for a response. I received nothing.
When I called customer support again, I was left on hold for over an hour, only to be disconnected by their system. When I attempted to call back shortly after, I was met with a message stating the office was closed—during normal business hours.
At this point, Oxiline had:
Failed to deliver a working product
Failed to honor a timely warranty exchange
Failed to communicate despite repeated attempts
Failed to provide even basic customer service
I ultimately had no choice but to dispute the charge with American Express, as Oxiline made no effort to resolve the situation despite being given ample time and opportunity.
I genuinely wanted this product to work, but no product is worth dealing with this level of incompetence and disregard for customers. Oxiline’s marketing does not reflect the reality of their customer service.
Avoid this company unless you are prepared to fight for basic support or your money back.

I literally never review anything but this is beyond BAD. I paid for expedited shipping of two scales for a holiday gift and they arrived 2 weeks into January. One of the scales will not connect to bluetooth so it is worthless. I tried emailing support 4X for return instructions and NO ONE has replied. I called and waited for 45 minutes but no-one picked up. It has been the most frustrating experience and over $400 down the drain. DON'T get sucked into the adds it is NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

In July 2025, I bought the Pressure XS PRO, but it came with a standard cuff instead of the XL cuff but my bad. So I bought an XL cuff and received timely. The product arrived on time, and its performance met my expectations. However, after a few months, I noticed that it was using up batteries quickly - I had to replace them three times in one month! I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly, offering to replace my machine. I received the replacement within 2-3 weeks, but unfortunately, it came with a regular-sized cuff again. Thankfully, Ron and Justine from customer service were very helpful in resolving the issue. I want to share my experience with level of support and professionalism the customer support team particularly Ron and Justine who went above and beyond to address my concerns and even expedited a replacement cuff for my travel abroad since my doctor made some changes to my medication.
Their professionalism and support were impressive, and I highly recommend the company for any medical needs.👍👍👍
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, ordered December 27 with the Expedited (3 - 4 Business Days) shipping. Nothing on their website about any type of back orders. It is now January 17th and the item has finally shipped via UPS Ground Saver which is the cheapest (not 3 to 4 business days) and MIGHT be here by the 27th.
The only human interaction (everything is AI chat bots) was an email saying they were super busy from black friday...... in January.

They said they would receive product from China in a few days and ship Friday (Jan 8) or early next week. Created UPS label to make me think things were moving but never gave UPS product. Finally canceled order on 15 Jan and disputed charge since they haven't shipped product and won't respond to emails and I won't spend more time on hold.

my wife got me oxiline MD pro scale as a Christmas present. I was excited to use it. After a few successful weigh ins it stopped working properly. I called the helpline and was helped by Justine. It was a two day process but we got it resolved. Justine could not have been more helpful, patient, knowledgeable, or consumer oriented. I have nothing but praise for the consumer support I received. In particular, Justine was simply the best.

What a horrible company to do business with. I ordered a scale and never received any update. Updates on status for 12 days. I sent emails asking for an update. Never got any responses. I finally ended up calling them and waiting online for 45 minutes before someone picked up the phone and then canceled my order promptly. Even if it’s a good scale, I wouldn’t bother with this company. The service is horrible.

I've owned an XS Pro BP device since Jan 2025. As a retired licensed massage therapist after practicing 22 years and a practicing physical therapist assistant for 6 years, my standards are high for performance, reliability for devices and customer technical support.
The device has performed very well and synced with my iPhone 12 after using technical support in January 2025, which wasn't easy to reach. Between Jan 8-9, 2026 I needed to change my email address which meant it had to be updated on my XS Pro to be able to use the device and record readings.
After multiple attempts to reach technical support via phone and email to ask them to update this email, I learned their technical support has degraded to horrible and they never made my change.
As a former IT pro, I chose my only option of creating a new account and syncing to my device.
I rate this device as a 4-5, but technical support is now a 2. If you are technically adept, you may be able to setup this device on your own. If you are less skilled with technical things, you will be on your own in device setup and getting technical help on features and making future changes.
Bottom line, device is very good, technical support is now very poor.

SCALE & THE APP were a total pain & couldn't get it to work right. I should have taken it further & checked the BBB before buying. Tried emailing Oxiline & no response. Called & waited 1 full hour on hold. If you return it (has to be within a short 30 days!) you will have a pay to ship back ($35) & then they will give your payment back minus their shipping costs! Just shipped back & have no idea how long it will take. Yikes!
Now it is January 22 and still no sign of a credit
Great Product Great Customer Service
I had my doubts at first. But I'm happy I stuck it out with oxiline. I get fast response by email. When I call it is a long wait, but worth it. I get customer service that know what they are doing, easy to understand and if they dont know something they look into it and get back to you right away. Make sure you stick to the same log in information. That was my issue. I created one with Apple and then with my email. Even though they are the same one is based on the cloud and one is just the one i created. It does matter. Love the patience they had with me resolving this matter. It was user error. LOL. Thanks Justine...you should get a raise.
