More than 90 percent of the time the scan fails repeatedly. I couldn't find online customer service, only a phone number. For the price, a waste of time and money.
Scale works app doesn't!
Like everyone, a long wait on shipping. It was the holidays you see!
Finally received the scale, downloaded the Oxiline App, did all the info entering and Bluetooth pairing, stepped on the scale and all was fine. The next morning the scale had switched to Kg instead of Lbs. and disconnected before the body measurements were done!
Started all over again, erase, reload and it works once. Back to Kg it goes and no body measurements. Hmmmmm. It seems the scale only works on the first Bluetooth sync with the Oxiline App.
Finally got through with customer support after a 30 minute wait. Did the whole routine several times, erase, reload etc. Always the same result.
The agent, I must say was very sympathetic and over email said he would send a new unit. Of course the shipping was slow but I am now a proud owner of 2 scales that do not work with the Oxiline App.
The Oxiline App is the problem. My 2 scales work fine with the Fitday's App., which I am not a great fan of mostly because the colors are washed out. The Oxiline App is on the other hand, easier to view, the measurements numbers contrast nicely with the background. Why can't they fix the Oxiline App?
I am also on Apple, if that makes a difference?

Scam and Fraud!
I ordered a scale from them on 1/28/26. I should've paid attention to the red flag of PayPal telling me that i could review my purchase on the next screen, but it just processed the payment. I didn't and waited to receive my product. 5 days later, nothing. I contacted the company, which was hard enough to do (another red flag), and they said that the product was on backorder. It would ship out by the next Thursday. Nothing, again. I contacted them again and they're still claiming that they don't have the product...but don't worry(!) it'll ship out with mine being a priority!
This company is a scam. They do not actually sell products. They take your money and hold it until you can wrangle a refund from them. Avoid them at all costs!
Huge scam
Huge scam. I wish I had done my research because I'm pretty sure the reviews on their website are all fake. Like everyone else it took forever to get to me and now that it's here it has trouble reading the other stats and they are way off. I'm athletic and it says I have 235% arm fat which is impossible (and I have toned arms). The online help is AI so I doubt I'll get any real help and will have to just eat the money. Don't do it.
Customer service lies
Ordered from the site, which advertised 3-4 day arrival. Nearly a month later I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. Instead they said that they shipped the unit and it was the carriers fault. They gave me a UPS tracking number. UPS didn't receive the unit for nearly 3 more weeks. Their customer service just plain lies to you.

Avoid this company. Oxiline has no real customer service. They don’t answer emails, phone calls, texts, or messages, and their chat appears to be AI with no human support.
My order was over a month late. I returned the item on time and have proof they received it, yet weeks later there is still no confirmation and no refund. They simply do not respond.
This feels intentional and highly unethical. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with Oxiline.
Scam company
Scam company. Their refusal to honor their money back guarantee is the only support reply I've gotten from them. I cancelled my order more than 7 days before they shipped it - but they claimed 'Oops, we shipped it - guess we can't refund you'.

The Experience:
Ghosted: After buying a scale on Jan 18th, I heard nothing for two weeks. They ignored all my chats and calls.
The Lie: Finally, on Feb 1st, a rep admitted the item was backordered until Feb 5th—info never disclosed at purchase.
The Trap: I emailed back within an hour, demanding to CANCEL. Instead of cancelling, they suddenly "found" stock and shipped it on Feb 2nd (days before they said they'd have it). This was a calculated move to force the sale and prevent a refund.
The Product Reality:
My research indicates their "Scale MD Pro" is likely a rebranded Guangdong Welland FG2305ULB (FCC ID: 2AP3Q-FG2305ULB). This is common generic hardware sold by many brands, not unique medical technology exclusive to Oxiline.
When you pay a premium price for a rebadged product, the only added value you should expect is premium support. Instead, I received zero support, ignored emails, and deceptive shipping tactics.
I am refusing the package and filing a chargeback. Save yourself the headache and buy from a transparent company.

i researched the Scale MD Pro model - clearly stated that it was multiuser in the Oxiline App. I contacted their company - was told the feature was "removed". Said rep never mentioned a "30-day" return notice. I called them multiple times, multiple 50+ minute hold times and non-returned emails -- to get this one today ----

Does Customer Service even exist at Oxiline?
I experienced significant delays communicating with Oxiline’s customer support regarding a delayed order and a return request. Over a 30-day period, responses routinely took more than nine business days. I ultimately received the order, but I am still waiting for any response regarding my return. The lack of timely communication made the situation far more difficult than necessary.
Terrible experience all around
Ordered a scale showing shipping time 3-4 business days. Nothing from company showing shipping date or tracking info after 2 weeks. Sent an email got no response. Sent 2 more. A few days later, got an automated response saying my email was being reviewed. Two days later told item was back ordered and could I be patient. I asked to cancel order and refund please. Two weeks and several more emails later, only after threatening to dispute the charges, I finally was refunded. I should have read the reviews first, but didn't. Learn from my experience and mistake. Steer clear of this non-responsive company with terrible customrr service.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in a product or a company. I was so excited to get my MD Pro scale!
I ordered it on December 26, 2025 and it was all downhill from there. My account was charged on December 26 so I figured they’d get it shipped pretty quickly… I was wrong. I sent an email on December 31 asking how long it would be before my scale shipped. I got an automated response saying they received my email and someone would be following up. Having heard nothing by January 10, 2026, I sent a follow up email asking when I would get a response. On January 10 I got a response telling me they’d had higher than normal demand and had run out of scales but more were expected that week so mine would be shipped early the week of the 11th. It FINALLY arrived on January 20.. almost a month after I ordered it but I was happy to FINALLY have it! That did not last long. My scale would not do anything but show my weight. No other stats, the scale won’t even populate the other stats on the screen let alone measure the stats. I have read ALL help articles and done everything they suggested. I even went online for help and tried some of those suggestions. Still nothing. I step in the scale, it powers on and weighs me, I pull the wand up and it still only shows my weight for a few seconds then says “good bye” and shuts off. I’ve tried everything. I’ve sent 2 requests to Oxiline for help and despite saying they got my email and someone will get back to me, it’s been 5 days since the last email and still no one has gotten back to me. After waiting a month to get it and the getting such POOR customer service, I am asking for a full refund.. they pay ny return shipping because the scale does not work and they will not help. I don’t want another product from a company that has such poor service. If I don’t get an adequate resolution I will report them to the Better Business Bureau because I am beyond frustrated at this point. This is not a $10 scale! For the cost and all their claims, it should work and the customer support should be outstanding!
BEWARE: ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a TENS XS Pro when they were offering $10 off. I checked out through PayPal and wasn't given an opportunity to enter the promo code. I contacted Oxiline through their "contact us" support page immediately after ordering. This was on 1/21/26. No response. I resubmitted the request 2 more times and to this point 7 days later, still no response. I call their phone number, and they quit taking calls at 1pm EST. So, I called their number today and sat on hold for over an hour. When 1pm EST struck, I was disconnected. The purchase came with 3-4 day priority shipping. I don't have the product either. I tried the bot operated "Live Chat" it just refers me back to what I've already been doing. If you are ordering a piece of medical equipment and you think you may need some support of some kind at some point, I would highly NOT recommend Oxiline.
Awful experience and no support
I was excited to order their scale after reading reviews and doing some research. However, after I ordered it the product never showed up. I reached out and had a nice conversation with their bot since they don't have any human support. Its been weeks now and I still have not heard back. I have sent multiple messages and emails and get nothing back. At this point, it sure seems like a Scam and I am flagging the transaction with my credit card company and reporting it.

It would have nice if I had not been charged for unit until it was shipped and further more it would have been to have been notified they were backordered at the time of the order or even responded the first time I emailed saying I have not received it. At this time I am supper disappointed in you customer service. I ordered the unit in early Jan I got emails say it was delivered I responded saying I never received it. It took 3 weeks for them to respond the unit was backordered as of today on a lable had been created. So supper poor customer service.

Similar issue to other reviewers. Message saying the order is despatched but it really hasn't as Fedex has not received the product. Multiple attempts to contact customer service thru chat and email, no response. Would avoid the hassle and not purchase from them. Have no idea what the product is like as it would seem it's not on the way anytime soon.
Company won’t send product or refund
I have yet to receive the order I placed, but also am not receiving any further communication from the company. I was sent a “tracking ID” after initially inquiring about a shipping date. I was notified that the item was on back order, but they were expecting a supply within the next week. Well, within a couple of days I received an email that my order shipped. However, that tracking ID still states after 10 days that UPS is waiting for the package. They will no longer respond and the phone number is not useful. I would not order from here. Their poor business practices leave a lot of questions as to their legitimacy. Save your money and time.
Disappointed considering the cost
Shipping took longer than expected and communication wasn't great. Also there were problems with the device and it took a week to get a response. Worked once then not again. Asked me to video tape the problem, placing the burden of a problem on the customer. They should have just sent a new device out with a return label or something.
