Just stay away go with another brand.

I was looking for a new scale to track body metrics. Ive used withings basic scale for years with no issue. I did plenty of research and Oxiline scales came up top ranked every time. So I fell for it I went to thier website and ordered. I placed my order on February 23rd, the company explicitly states 3-4 day expedited shipping. Five days later nothing shipped. Emailed customer service given that standard backorder spell blah blah blah. Okay March 3rd item shows as shipped....great 10 days pass UPS never recieved package. Emailed customer service again... "we are sorry and will escalate this" okay great 2 days later UPS magically has the item. Finally recieved my MD Pro scale on March 14th, that's the longest expedited shipping ive ever seen. Immediately unbox it, download the app...and surprise...surprise the scale wont connect to the app via Bluetooth. Im a pretty tech savy person tried several dozen times never could get it to connect. Emailed customer support they gave me a bunch of stuff to try surprise none of it worked. They even said that even though it connects to your phone via Bluetooth the device wont show up in the Bluetooth connection list on your phone. Which makes no sense. So after messing around with this thing I finally Emailed them requesting a return and refund no surprise they don't answer. So the credit card dispute goes in. Don't buy this scale or any if thier devices read the reviews. Hundreds of similar experiences nearly identical to mine. Also find it interesting the corporate address does not lead to a busy office or even a warehouse of any kind. It leads to a row of transient pop up office space that can be rented month to month.

Purchased the MD Pro scales

Purchased the MD Pro scales, only to find out after I had unpacked it that the app to use them is not supported in Australia! Emailed support who stated the app isn't supported in Australia even though they sell & ship to the country. They said they will "escalate" the issue. Still waiting for a response 4 days later.

Be aware that on their website they only show product reviews that are 4 stars or higher. I left a 1 star review that isn’t showing.

Exceptional resolution of a time sensitive issue.

Spoke with Justine in regard to a late shipment of glucose strips. It turned out that this was a back order situation and Justine not only identified this but provided a substitute solution that was ordered and shipped that very day. In my experience, this was exceptional customer service by a fully knowledgeable and customer centric representative. She was amazing, a pleasure to deal with and an excellent representative of Oxiline.

Gret Experience with Oxiline

I generally don't take the time to complete long comments in surveys, but my experience was so good with Oxiline, I wanted to share my thoughts.
I have found the product Oxiline Pro XS to be accurate and easy to use. I love the option to average 2 or 3 readings. I did purchase an AC adapter afterwards since I take my BP frequently. One suggestion I would have is to offer that option when you purchase the monitor.
The ordering process was very easy - I multiple questions about the cuff (best selection of size, D ring) and the chat agent was very helpful asking very pertinent questions so I chose the correct one. I am not sure if the chat session is AI or a real person, but it was so smooth that I couldn't tell the difference. I am 75 years old and not as savvy with the computer, but they were patient and very helpful.
Delivery was quicker than I expected and package was well packed to avoid damage.
Most of all, I commend customer service. Response time was quick. I felt that any question I had - it was important because they valued me as a customer.
I commend the entire team / process and look forward to doing business with them in the future as the need arises. Thank you.

A cluster since the day I ordered

A cluster since the day I ordered. The order appeared to go thru, then said it didn’t. I called to verify, they said it hadn’t gone thru….then we got charged. I emailed to cancel before shipment, then they emailed saying it had been shipped (4 minutes after my email!) The tracking shows it hasn’t been picked up yet and i emailed again to cancel and get refund before being picked up. They said they would discuss with their team! Wtf? The customer is asking for a refund! This has been a shit show!

Outstanding Blood Pressure Tester & customer service

The customer service and product is superb! I was truly "WOWed" when an issue occurred with my BP monitor unit. They helped me diagnose the issue, recognizing the lifesaving importance of having a very accurate Blood Pressure monitoring device. The remedy was more than I expected, and they did not quibble about the results that I was experiencing with the old unit...they practiced SAFETY FIRST! In addition, when I was challenged to connect the new Pressure XS Pro to my iPhone, I experienced wonderful customer support and communication. I am a Happy/Safer Camper! The device itself is very portable, the cuff is comfortable, exceptional quality, and the unit's battery lasts a very long time. Great product if you travel a lot.

Shipping time is NOT 3 to 4 days

I ordered the Scale MD Pro on 2/25/26 and it was stated as shipped on 3/3/26. As of 3/8/26 UPS has not received the package. I have no tracking information, nor any expected delivery date. I can not contact UPS for more information, because to them the package does not exist. Oxiline will charge your credit card immediately, but you will not receive your product in the time frame as indicated on their website. This is false advertising and underhanded. Contacting customer service is futile as you may get a generic response but press for any further information and you will be ghosted. Stay far away. Likely better off purchasing any of the myriad of smart scales on the market.

Awful experience

After quite a few delays in the shipping of the unit "due to backorder", I finally received my MD Pro Scale. After charging it, I attempted to connect it to the app with no luck.

A call to the "tech" department yielded the same result and the tech stated they would escalate the issue and have the app updated.

Days later, still no response from Oxiline on the issue. I then decided to just return it versus wait any longer for Oxiline to get their act together. They sent me a return label and, once at the post office, I was informed that the label they gave me would not work since it needed to indicate that there was a lithium battery in the package.

I requested another label and two days later still no response!

Awful, awful customer service.

Credit card charged fast, but no express delivery

Ordered 02/24/2026. No info as of 03/03/2026. Waaaaay too long to ship XS pro scale and only a chat bot auto reply of “priority” status. But they were fast in charging my credit card! Their website claims express free shipping if ordered before 4 pm. Dont believe it. They only provide express payment collection…

Responsive Prompt and Helpful Customer Service

When I received the product and hooked up the pads to the cords provided everything worked on the screen but no current was running. I called in and chatted and they immediately offered to replace. Afterwards they did send a detailed email asking me to try a few troubleshooting steps at home. The troubleshooting steps actually worked and the replacement was not needed. They were very responsive, prompt and very helpful!

Exceptional and fast customer support.

I was inquiring about delayed shipping of my order. The support chat function quickly connected me with a Customer Support Specialist. Josh immediately answered all my questions, and soon after our chat contacted me via email to provide updated information, and had my products shipped. Fantastic service.

Frustrating issue resolved very satisfactorily

We have several different medical monitors we purchased from Oxiline.com. Recently I had a shipping issue with an order for a refill of strips for our glucose meter. I tried several times to rectify the issue, but was getting quite frustrated with the situation. The last time I called to speak to a Customer Service Representative, I was thankfully connected with a gentleman named Justine. He listened to me complain about my problem with patience, researched the issue on his end, and resolved my problem quickly. Justine went above and beyond in resolving my issue with kindness and professionalism. He turned a difficult, frustrating issue into a much more pleasant experience. At the end of the experience I as left feeling like a valued customer, and I will continue to be a customer with Oxiline.com for the foreseeable future. Thank you Justine!

Terrible experience, don't trust this company

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering -- wouldn't have bothered. Ordered a scale; as with many people here, the item wasnt shipped within the time frame promised; finally contacted customer service who said oops it's backordered, a new shipment arrives this week and we will send to you; never sent; communicated with them again and the customer service responses were either a bot or a cut and paste response -'we know this is frustrating' but no time frame for delivery; finally a UPS label was created as a faux shipping exercise but the item 'not picked up ' by UPS for several days. Scam all around; customer service not responsive; If you are thinking of ordering, jus read the other reviews that echo mine and just don't order. I'm disuputing the charge on my credit card, moving on and ordering a similar item from a more reputable company.

No delivery, no assistance

Ordered a TENS device on 2/12, assuredcdeivery in 3-4 business days. Item has not moved beyond a label generated at UPS, and it is 10 days later. Will not allow cancellation of order, no useful info provided despite multiple contacts. Lots of “ rate us” email follow up though! This company is rude, unreliable and no responsive . AVOID OXILINE!

Ordered the MDpro Scale on 1/10/26 with…

Ordered the MDpro Scale on 1/10/26 with a 3 day processing and ground shipping. They sent me a tracking number but for a week it showed generated but not picked up. So I sent an e-mail again and again they said sorry and will process. Same thing, tracking number but no shipment. So this time I called and spoke with a nice agent who assured me she would see it through. Got a tracking and no shipment. So today I called and got the same response as before but I pushed for a refund. Now we see if it takes as long to process. Do not buy from these people. You may never get your product or worse, your product breaks and you can’t get it fixed!

Top-Tier Product and Customer Support

I purchased an XS Pro blood pressure monitor when my previous device failed and need to be replaced. The XS Pro offers all of the features I want, especially the ability to connect it with other devices via Bluetooth. When the new device arrived I was dismayed to find that the user manual instructions were printed in a very light, low-contrast ink, making it nearly impossible for me to read them. The online .pdf version was likewise nearly impossible to read. I contacted Oxiline customer service through the online chatbot. The latter immediately escalated my concern to a complaint for a human representative to address. Within about 48 hours the CS representative sent me a new .pdf using bold black type, solving my problem and allowing me to resume measuring and monitoring my blood pressure. The rep apologized for the problem and couldn’t have been more solicitous of my satisfaction. This level of customer care is simply outstanding and is pretty rare these days. As a retired quality systems manager, I find it refreshing. Oxiline’s handling of my problem was textbook—they took my complaint seriously and courteously, then followed through with a perfect solution to it. As for the XS Pro, it is exactly what I need and it works well, providing a large, easy to read screen and simple operation with solid-feeling push buttons. I recommend this device and the company without reservation. Take all user reviews, both negative and positive, with a grain of salt. Do your own research, but I can assure you that my experience has been excellent. I will not hesitate to purchase other devices from them if I need them.
