So far all is working as described. Only improvement would be to have the instructions more clearly and and provide part numbers for replacement items, filters.

I really liked the way I got it so fast, and it works great. However, I emailed twice with no response and called twice before someone got back to me. You advertise that the remote comes with battery included and that is false. Not only did it not have a battery, but there was no place to find out what size button battery it took. I would suggest that you include the battery size somewhere. I had to go online and finally found it. But overall. FANTASTIC MACHINE. work on customer service and information buyers need.

I've only had it for a few days and works well. Extremely quiet. I use 2L/min and it works as good if not better than my home unit rental through Medicare which is very loud. I read through the manual first to make sure I was using correctly. The one thing the manual does not tell you is for continuous operation, (24/7) do not set a time and leave it at 0:00. (I wrote customer support for this answer.) So far, so good and hope it lasts a long time!!

It has taken some time to get the issue resolved but hopefully every thing will be smooth going forward

My portable oxygen NT05 came within a few days. I'm very happy with it. I like the continuous flow and it's just right for me. I like the carrying case as well, very easy to manage. Very light weight. Thank you.

This works perfectly for my daily in home oxygen needs. I have a concentrator on each floor now and this one is lighter than the bulky original one from my
Medical company.

I bought an affordable, portable oxygen concentrator for my 91 y/o mother, so that we wouldn't have to carry so many oxygen bottles around. The problem was, it came with only one battery, and it was a 2500 mAh battery and would only last about 1 hour. After a good bit of searching, I came across TTLife, who had the exact battery in 5000 mAh, so I bought a pair. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I should have bought more batteries. The three she has now will get her through church on Sunday and lunch afterwards. Good job!

I have purchased a poc and an in home unit. Absolutely enjoy being able to move around and enjoy life .

I've only had my oxygen generator for a few days, and haven't used it very much. It does operate very well, and it's light weight. I think I'm going to enjoy using it.
