The batteries don't last long and the machine won't work with a charged battery

I am pleased how well the device worked right out of the box! It's easy to operate.

Truth be told, I haven’t used it much since I got it. It isn’t something I need often, but it makes a difference when I do need it.

I got the machine last Thursday did what it said to do plugged it in and waited 8 hours and nothing works not even the remote with brand new battery's i contacted your maintance repair place and I heard from them 3 times each time 1 day apart with no prevail to fix this thing or letting me know to ship it back to you for a refund, I am sending this crap back to you for full refund

This machine is amazing for those have a default breathing , Small and light device and you can take it anywhere. Thank you for quick delivery

I ordered this for my brother-in-law so he could have more freedom to go out. The price was very good and the shipping was extremely fast. I asked him how it worked for him after his first outing and he said it was great: 5 stars! Thank you for such quick service.

Getting 1.now we have a home oxygen system. A cpap machine. Nebulizer and a humidifier. All is great to have when you need it. I thank you guys for the new oxygen consintrater.bill barber 🙏,.we are very much 😀 relieved.

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong equipment. The oxygen purity was too low for my needs. Customer Service worked with me to exchange the lesser unit for a better oxygen purity model. Exchange took less than a week. I appreciated their understanding and timely cooperation. My company now.

Do not shop here. This company does not honor their warranty and refuses to give refunds when they’re clearly in the wrong. It’s beyond frustrating, it’s disgusting.

My father has been in and out of the hospital for the past 4 years, and instead of showing even an ounce of decency or compassion, this company chose to take advantage of the situation and rip him off for thousands of dollars.

On top of that, they are completely deceitful, claiming their oxygen concentrators are “medical grade” when they are absolutely not. That kind of false advertising is dangerous, especially for people who genuinely rely on this equipment for their health.

They don’t care about their customers, they don’t stand by their word, and they will screw you over if given the chance. This isn’t just bad business, it’s unethical and predatory. Avoid them at all costs.

They answered all my questions before I placed my order. They shipped the device the very same day!

The products are easy to use and give me the oxygen I need to think clearly and be more engaged. The portable machine is excellent for going out to my appointments or just to lunch with a friend. I received almost everything, but the extra bag I ordered for the portable NT 05 did not come. I guess it got lost in the wash. Anyway, I received everything else and am pleased with the home oxygen machine, all the accessories, and the portable machine. Thank you very much.

Pretty good so far although when i had a question & called customer service, the recording said they were on holiday.

I haven't gotten my 2 chargers and 2nd battery.

I like the price and a discounts that you gave but the product looks nice it sort of works but it doesn't work that well and what I mean by that is constant alarms constant low oxygen output and I bought a spare battery filters and a car charger and it still haven't received it

I will never order from anyone else. This product works great it's easy to use and works better than my inhaler. Iam very satisfied with my choice ☺️

Quiet and I can sleep now my other oxygen machine was so loud thank you so much
