Placed an order before Christmas and…

Placed an order before Christmas and took ages to arrive! Had poor communication with Oyrosy! Garment was very poor quality and looked nothing like pictures online when order was placed! Requested return and refund and again most emails were ignored by seller! Eventually got a return address and had to pay over £30 to return item to cover customs fees about 7 weeks after trying to post back!
Over 4 months have passed and item has been returned to me with no information why and several emails to Oyrosy asking why and again they are completely ignoring me!
Absolutely pathetic customer service and only got 1 star as I had to give them something for the review but they don’t deserve that!
Fuming and will recommend no one order from them! Disgraceful!

Wrong size. No problem

After purchasing and receiving a beautiful dress for Oyrosy I realized it was too small. But the customer service team helped me and are sending the correct size. They made it easy.

I have been ordering garments from…

I have been ordering garments from Oyrosy and have always been thrilled with the quality and fit. But one time recently, I received a jumpsuit and the fit was too small. I emailed customer service to return it and was told to keep the item, pick out something else for the same price and they would ship it to me for free. That made me so happy that they cared about my business that much, to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to purchase from Oyrosy and look forward to receiving many more wonderful pieces of clothing from them.

I have been waiting 10 days for my shipment to come. It’s been sitting in Florida for 5 days. I cannot recommend this company due to its failure to ship its its items most likely from china.

I immediately contacted the company and with in a few emails they contacted me to inform me that they would send a replacement pair of the pants! I’m very pleased with the customer service. The quality & fit are horrible of the dress I purchased. I’ve been trying for over a month to return it for a refund without any luck. Their customer service & return policy are as poor as their merchandise! I am probably going to throw it away, it’s that bad!

Replacement Dress -

I ordered a dress and a jumpsuit, both size small. The jumpsuit fit well but the dress was too small. It was difficult at first to try and find a way to exchange the dress but I used the chat feature and was helped pretty quickly. Oyrosy sent me a replacement dress that arrived in just a little over a week. The replacement dress fits really well. Both the dress and the jumpsuit are well made and the fabrics are beautiful. I appreciate the help the company gave me in getting a dress that fit. I would order from them again!

VERY SCETCHY COMPANY... Goal is to KEEP your MONEY at all costs.

i have now ordered twice and first time they sent only one half of order and argued back and forth for days before NOT sending me the second piece and sending me a discount code for 1/2 off another item.
i ordered a second time.... i know... not wise. i want to return it and requested a return for a small. since it took them FOREVER TO SHIPTO ME... i went ahead and ordered the small. NOW they dont want to give me a return. they asked for me to measure myself and explain why it is too small! seriously. they now want me to order another replacement so they dont have to refund!!!! This is super SUSS!!!! be careful. be prepared to wait a long time for order... and better get it right the first time!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughter over a month ago and there is still no tracking number available. Upon reaching out to them via email I was offered 30% off my next purchase?! They stopped replying to my emails after that one. Their generic replies to peoples comments on trust pilot suggesting that people email them to sort out issues is a lie too. You probably wont get replied to.

Many items are out of stock but site will not indicate

Based on reviews… I sent the company a note of inquiry on an outfit that I was interested in ordering. When you go to their website to order it will allow you to place the order; which would give you the idea that the item is in stock.
Negative reviews on this site because it takes so long for items to ship with no reason.
Well, the item I was interested in is on back order - no stock… but no notice on site. Customer service answered my email indicating it would take over a month to ship!!!!
Horrible communication…Beware!

My original order was larger than expected, but the company handled the situation very well. They responded promptly, offered a replacement, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and their courteous customer service. I have had a wonderful experience…

I have had a wonderful experience purchasing clothing from Oyrosy! There clothes are mostly true to size, however, if there is a problem with the size they are happy to exchange it for you! I also ordered something twice in error and they were very understandable and offered to send me another item free of charge. That is the utmost customer service and I will continue to shop with them because of the quality and excellent customer service!

Great clothes and customer service

I first order one dress and I was very happy with quality , color was exactly what showed in the picture , the material was flowing and light just like it showed in the video ! The dress was true to size ! Than I ordered a jumpsuit , again very happy with, but , by mistake I order 2 of the same , in meter of minutes an exchanged for a new item was made !!! Overall was a great experience !

I’m giving them a 1 because reading these comments has me kind a of confused & upset I haven’t received 2 of my items & I never had a problem with them until now. It’s another season Where are my items?? The website is not coming up I keep getting an error message. I’m receiving emails & texts from them recently I click on the link can’t find the page same with emails. I emailed customer service No Answer BBB next? I don’t give out free money I expect my items or services

This company can't even manage their…

This company can't even manage their inventory levels or predict accurate shipping times. Customer service is a joke. I did receive a refund after they tried to do a bait and switch....avoid the company like the plague.
