I was excited to order from Oyrosy…

I was excited to order from Oyrosy because of their huge inventory of faux suede and so many CUTE tops, dresses and jackets. I ran into an issue with a chiffon top I ordered in a L...but it was still too small. I normally wear a L or XL depending on cut. Aurora the Customer Service Rep was WONDERFUL. They are going to send me a different size...no cost to me. I will definitely shop here again. Oh, and the quality of a little fringed jacket (faux suede) is excellent!

Oyrosy Best Customer Service


I had a wonderful experience shopping with Oyrosy. From the beginning, their customer service stood out as truly exceptional. When the first item I received didn’t fit properly, I reached out to them, and they responded quickly and professionally. Not only were they prompt in answering my emails, but they also took a very proactive approach to resolving the issue. They generously allowed me to keep the original item and immediately sent a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost. The new item arrived quickly, and I’m very happy with the quality, the fabric feels great and is clearly well made.

The fit was also perfect. I am usually a size small, but I initially ordered an extra small thinking the items might run big. However, they actually run true to size, so the replacement in my correct size fit exactly as expected.

It’s rare to find a company that is this attentive and customer-focused. I highly recommend Oyrosy and will definitely be shopping with them again!

Buyer Beware

I ordered a lovely velvet pants suit. 8 weeks, later, after I filed a complaint a package arrives. It contains only pants. No top. The pants cannot be worn without the top. I asked for a refund, nothing. Buyer beware. I am filing with better business bureau.

2 orders both for a holiday

2 orders both for a holiday
Neither arrived in time or at all to date .. months. Totally awkward unresponsive customer support with no honest communication I sent them
I have requested refunds for both items that have not arrived before during or after the holiday they were ordered for. Instead I get emails saying basic contrived texts like do not worry .. order in on the way .. despite reminding them I wanted now so late in the diary I require an email

Great Support Team

I ordered an adorable white denim jumpsuit in what turned out to be the wrong size. When I reached out to Oyrosy their support team got back to me very promptly. They asked me for more details and then helped me find another amazing jumpsuit, because sadly the other one was out of stock. They’re sending me the new and allowing me to keep the original one as a gift and hopefully if I lose some weight I can fit in that one as well! I really appreciated their kind, attentive and efficient support team! I would buy from them again in the future.

I bought a cute dress for a concert but…

I bought a cute dress for a concert but it took over 3 weeks so I coudn't wear it for that event. It was too big for me but the bust area was flat andthe fringe was all bent up and cheap looking. The quality of their dress is better than Temu even though the picture on both their websites are exactly the same! The fringe is better on Temu's dress and theirs was $20 and OYROSY owesme $108.39 and keeps saying they will send me a different item of my choice but I have sent them the link and their picture at least 5 times and AMY just keeps saying for me to send them a link! It is ridiculous! I reported them to my Credit Card Co.!!!

I ordered a dress ( bohemian chiffon) in January after many emails and trying to track i have had no luck in getting an expected delivery? I did have a very good experience with a coat I ordered last year that was one the small size. Oyrosy offered to make another one free of charge and not return the original. This arrived within a 2-3 week period. Why can’t I get the dress in the same frame time ? I will not risk buying again
