ZEROS STARS

ZEROS STARS - TRULY THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Clothes took forever, came after my event, I asked 4 times for the order to be cancelled and they kept giving me the run around and then shipped it. It comes from China BTW and if you want to send it back it's on your dollar - quality is awful - I filed with the Better Biz Bureau and my bank. 12 days they said they were issuing a full refund - never got it and they have stopped responding to my emails - ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY - NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE

My package came with no return label…

My package came with no return label inside. I called them and they said I didn't have to return the item and they would send whatever else I wanted. Nothing! Dress was heavy! Heavy cotton knit with denim arms.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. vendor is Chinese. A return took 2 hours of sitting on 'chat', refused to give in. No email address, no phone number, no other means of getting in touch. Vendor asked why, I said item too big, vendor asked for my body measurements (!) offered 20% to keep item. When finally agreed to allow me to return it was to a postal address in Mainland China and I was asked to pay import taxes. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The clothes is beautiful but it does…

The clothes is beautiful but it does take a long time. What I do now, I ask on the chat box if the item is available to be shipped in the 24 hours. Many times they say yes many times they say no but even after the 24-hour shipping it takes about another day another 10 days. But the clothes is spectacular and I cannot believe I'm getting it for so cheap. I have ordered more than 22 pieces since January I am waiting for two and they are completely worth it.

Horrible company and horrible customer…

Horrible company and horrible customer service. I ordered a winter jumpsuit in November. It arrived in March, past season. I tried to return it (which this company makes it almost impossible to figure out how to do, having to search online how to do so) and they said it was not returnable. I paid full price for it.

I am trying to be constructive and helpful but am terribly frustrated in dealing with them. I do not know if they are pretending to not understand me or truly do not. When I asked to return something, they said it was cost prohibitive, and would give me a 20% refund. I said OK, then they emailed that they had checked their records and already resent the item to me??? WHAT? Resent an item I did not like and was asking to return? Several weeks later, something showed up from them that I had not ordered, hideous looking, would never have ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND BTW, CLOTHES ARAE TRULY CHEAP LOOKING.

I just saw your response and have already emailed you numerous times. You either lie and tell me you have issued refund, which you have not, or you respond with something that makes no sense. So I am just considering this a lesson learned and hope that others can benefit from my loss and not make the same mistake in buying from you.

Have not received my order. Sent email, never received a response to my inquiry.

I placed an order on Feb 17, and to date I have heard nothing from this store. At the beginning of March, I sent an email inquiring about my order, there was no response. Also, online sites like TEMU and Shein, offers the same outfit for a much lower price. If the company had offered a status of my order, such as, backordered, delay in shipment or something I would not have wrote this review. Please buyer, beware you will not receive updates about your order.

Honest review

I only wrote a positive review so they would hopefully send me SOMETHING. It didn't work so I'm going to be completely honest on my feedback. I've been miserable ever since I began to shop here at Oyrosy. They won't sell you what you actually ordered. They wait 2 months and then tell you it's sold out please choose from their old products. By cancelling your coupons you pay full price for stuff you'd never ever order. It is ALL a big huge scam. I have put in 7 orders I haven't received any of the 20 or so items. I get second rate replacements every time. It's been a nightmare. I wish I could have all my money back and never have seen Oyrosy in my life. Scam artists 1000%

Nothing arrived. Zero customer support

I made my order almost a month ago and nothing has arrived. I also noticed that the email address in the order was incorrect, completely different to mine yet I typed mine in clearly so it must have automatically changed to another I cannot identify. I have written many emails to their support team, with my order confirmation but zero response. No phone number to call. I see so many complaints by other customers yet there appears to be nothing we can do except inform our banks and write reviews like this. These companies make people weary of ordering online.

Badly made dress that doesn’t fit and…

Badly made dress that doesn’t fit and material is cheap. Wanted to return but that is not an option. They offer a different size but I want nothing to do with that dress. They were willing to return 20% of the cost. That’s it. Never will use them again!

I ordered an outfit at the beginning of…

I ordered an outfit at the beginning of February.
I still have not received it yet.
I have chased it up and been told each time it will be sent on the 4th of the next month.
I needed it code a holiday an ordered it in plenty of time . I don’t have loads of money and feel really let down .

I’ve been asking for a refund since…

I’ve been asking for a refund since August. Of course now they say that I am outside of the timeframe. They asked me to send the item back which cost about $60 in postage. I did it because I was curious to see what would eventually happen. They do not want to refund my money. They want me to pick another item. I don’t think so. Everything is ill fitting and not what it looks like.

They do not let you return

Do not buy something if you think you may have to return it. They won't let you do a return unless you pay for it yourself and you have to send it to China. Will never buy something from this website again

A fraud and scam company

This company is a complete scam. I’ve ordered 5 outfits. Received 2 and the others simply marked delivered. No phone number and I requested refund to which they said they did not give. I’d have to order something else instead. The item I ordered … one was still available on the website. This company is a complete fraud and scam. Do not order from them. I’m fighting with my credit card company to get a refund which I will get thanks to their email.

I was amazed with customer service

I was amazed with customer service. I had a question about an item I purchased and they were there to help me through on solving my issue. Very friendly. I will purchase from them again. Quality in clothing is top notch. Couldn't be happier.

This company is a scam

I ordered one dress from this company to try it out. Now I find out it's not even available. "It's in production - when do you need it?" was their response. I'm not joking. They are taking orders, then buying fabric, apparently. I demanded a refund. They offered 30% of a future order. I know that I will never get the dress or a refund so I will continue to warn people however I can.

eta - yes I see the bank has received the refund, although I do not yet have access to it. The note from my bank reads as follows: "Your account has a pending purchase return. The funds will be available for use when the merchant sends us the final transaction." so, we'll see.

Further, readers should know I had to send multiple queries and complain on social media. This is not the kind of business I like to order from. My original order date was 3/2, and we are 20 days later at this point.
