I bought a rocking chair, cost me $400 and it has no backing to it. I fell and landed on my head, seriously injuring my neck.
Luckily I’m not elderly because that could’ve lead to something worse.
Can’t contact anyone to fix the problem so no one else gets hurt!

I purchased a table that came broken . It’s impossible to have a conversation with them . It’s by ticket and you wait for a reply for 3 days . Then you ask another question and you get a generic excuse and wait another 3 days . Over 2 weeks and no resolution . Found same table advertised from another company , superior product perfectly packaged dont mind mentioning Artspire . 3 day delivery .

This Company appears to be a scam.Our order did arrive when expected ,but the package was left outside the main entrance to our unit very late at night without any notification and in pouring rain?
The cheap carbord outside packaging had. disintegrated completly.
The product was in the form of a Flatpack which needed to be assembledwhich is not detailed in the catologue or Website.?The furniture unit ( a dressing table) was in 32 pieces which had to be assmbled using intructions written in Chinese (no use to me).
I did attempt to put the cheap thing together but soon (after 3 hours) found that some of the components were pre drilled in the wrong place or on the wrong sideof the timber.
Overall the unit was of cheap quality and poorly pre stained .
I did ring up the Company only receiving the usual AI generated reply to my call.
I have written off my$475.00 paid for this rubbish and would advise any future buyer to re consider?
PLease consider carefully.

Paid so much money for a bed that didn’t even get delivered. Do not buy from here

I have ordered couple of items from them. The coffee table, spend $1300/- and arrived after 5.5 months, delivered just the table top only no dual footings. Sending emails back and forth for last few days, THEY SAY “ THEY ARE INVESTING FURTHER “ BUT NOTHING SEEMS PROGRESSING”

Secondly, bought a side table, look at the photo, they say “ BASR MATERIAL IS WOOD” but when they deliver the item , the top layer of the base material is already peeled off as it is MDF WITH WOOD LIKE COVERING ON IT” So I have contacted them “ THEY SAID “ IT IS ENGINEERED WOOD” so I asked them for a replacement, They rejected my request and said it is not a structural issue.

AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ANY COST. THINGS LOOS GOOD IN PHOTOS BUT REALITY HIGH PRICE TAG SND CJEAP QUALITY ITEMS. I MADE A MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NEVER AGAIN.

WHEN YOU FACE AN ISSUE, UNABLE TO CONTACT THESE SCUM BAGS AND PATHETIC DELIVERY, THEY DELIVER THE WHOLE PALLET.

AVOID OZ HUB. NOT WORTH IT.

There is no need for reviewing this supplier. They are a SCAM and Fair Trading does nothing to stop their business activities, even though they accept that they have received multiple complaints.

Their items come with no assembly instructions. When asked, they will send a generic one, but by no means would you be able to assemble it—even by professionals. This leads to you having to use their own assembler for a hefty price. Assume that if you order, you might start using the items by one year or so.

My final advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing items.

Ordered a coat rack and some cabinetry for my study. Coat rack arrived after 90 days. Delivery guy just turned up on a Saturday morning with no notice and i was interstate. Took 2 weeks to reschedule the delivery. STILL waiting on update of the cabinetry product! Follow up after follow up... ticket lodged and all i get is "thanks for your patience, we have directed to the required department". They have sat on my funds for 4 months now. No concise answers and no communication to requesting a refund! Tried these guys once and never again! Be careful out there with these guys. Will edit if they come through with a date and clear delivery guidelines, but for now... I have had enough!

Item took over 4 months to arrive, well past the estimated delivery date. Despite advertising suggesting local stock, the item was actually shipped from overseas rather than a Sydney warehouse. Customer support responded to tickets promptly but only continued to thank me for my patience, with no meaningful resolution offered. Refunds or cancellations were not permitted once the item had left the country of origin.

After escalating the matter to the ACCC, the product finally arrived within two weeks. Unfortunately, the furniture itself was very disappointing — poor quality, flimsy, and not as pictured online. Overall, I would not recommend shopping with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!This is the worst experience trying to order online. Delivery hast arrived after 3 months, there is no courier identified. Ive tried to contact the business and they won't answer. I spent almost $400 on an office chair that never arrived.

I would give 0/5 if I could. Never, never, never purchase anything from these scam artists.
Ordered a coffee table in Nov 25 for delivery in Dec 25 waiting 6 months I had to reach out to get no updates, constantly being told "it's in the delivery network" no ETA. Asked for a refund and that was denied. I had to reach out to fair trading to get a resolution.

Bought a display cabinet which arrived at 9pm one night. Opened carton to find warped paper-thin acrylic panels instead of glass panels as described on the website. Raised a return ticket and the dance began. Slow back and forth online comms going around in circles. Was asked to raise another ticket with a different group and resupply all the information, photos etc - refused to do so. Obviously, they were hoping I would not return the product in the 30 day money back guarantee period. Sent product back (at my expense) within time. They claim money will be refunded in 5 - 7 business days. After a month of back and forth banter I contacted my VISA bank and they began a dispute resolution. Received full refund after another month. Like 95% of the other reviews - don't buy from these scammers. Now I'm going to lodge a case with the Office of Fair Trading re return freight costs.

Don’t buy from this company. Delivery estimates are wildly inaccurate. Their feed back through their online portal is limited.
They don’t articulate wait times when ordering and at 10 weeks waiting now, I have asked for a refund.
Just spend the extra money and go to an actual shop.

Disgusting & Terrible Products & Service.
Products are such poor quality and faulty with no proper assembly instructions.
Dodge and Dishonest company.
Warehouse in NSW but want customers to return bulky & heavy items to WA.
Assembly Manual provided after 3 months of try to contact Oz Home Hub Customer Service Team - Completely Useless Assembly Manual.

Ordered a tulip dining table on Feb 8 with an ETA of 6 weeks. You guessed it , still waiting 4 months later, and according to their latest reply via an "open support ticket" still another few weeks to wait.

As others have reviewed, don't bother calling their phone line or online chat , they just send you a generic text and ask you to create a support ticket...

Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.
$150 wasted. I've called my bank to see if they can investigate and possibly charge this amount back to me.

I will also call ACCC and make a complaint (like others have). The more complaints we make hopefully it will help others to AVOID this scam business!

Did an order for bedside tables months ago, still nothing, basically burnt $400.

The worst!!!!!! In every way.Poor communication a really bad ticket system waiting days weeks for a response. They will not rectify their mistake. Damaged furniture they will not take responsibility for. What ever you do don’t buy warning. The worst retailer out there I have never purchased any product with such bad customer service please don’t buy anything.

This is a SCAM. You order and pay and you never receive tracking or your product. You can’t contact them in any way. Every thing is AI responses. We waited 4 months for a product we ordered that was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks. It never arrived and we bent contract anyone. Their showroom in Weatherill Park doesn’t exist. Please avoid. This is a complete SCAM

Worse supplier ever!! no communication, they take the payment but never let you know when you will receive the goods, do not answer their phone and after 4 month i have received an incomplete set and no matter how much i tell them, they do not fix the issue, never buy from these people again and i hope everyone else take a note before dealing with them

I ordered a console table from this company which arrived over 6 weeks late, with no tracking information ever provided. When the item finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor and not as expected.

I requested a return address and returned the item correctly addressed, however the freight company attempted delivery multiple times unsuccessfully and the item was sent back to me. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating and the company has been extremely difficult to deal with throughout.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Would rate in the negative if I could. My story is very similar to others. Ordered an occasional chair in December 2025 and was promptly given an expected delivery date of 2 February. It's now mid May and despite numerous requests via email and 'support ticket' requests am still no closer to finding out if the chair exists or when it might be delivered. Have requested a full refund with no response. Heed the advice of many, do not be lured in by the slick advertising or reasonable prices, ultimately you will pay more than you think. Oz Home Hub has beyond appalling customer service and I'm left wondering how they can continue to operate in Australia without consequence.
