I was very happy with the quality of medical products and understood that this small company did its best in the most harrowing of times recently.
I was told they were under extreme pressure to get out the goods with only a 5 person operation.
Cannot understand these comments, definitely harsh to say the least!

Small time operator who don’t own their mistakes
Like many others I ordered RAT tests in early January from this company, based solely on their FALSE advertising that the tests were in stock. Their only response on this and other sites has been that they were overwhelmed with orders - of course they don’t take responsibility for the fact that this was of their own doing. Many other suppliers were able to keep their websites honest about stock levels. A refund was eventually promised but never eventuated. So glad I used PayPal as they were able to get me my money back.

No products delivered, no refund, limited responses
Like others, ordered RAT tests in January for over $80. I followed up with various emails and finally requested refund to be told I need to request refund through paypal. Did this and sentv2 x reminders in PayPal.
3 months later still no refund, no RAT tests and significantly poor response to my many emails.
Extremely disappointed. Extremely poor service. Concerned I have been conned and will need to speak with authorities about this company.

Hopeless Communication and Service
I ordered 5 RATs on 7th January. They arrived today 16th March! That is 9 and a half weeks! On February 22nd I emailed a request to cancel the order. This request was ignored. Never again will I buy ANYTHING from this business.

2+ months ago I ordered.
Ordered a pack of 5 rat tests in late December 2021 as the website said they were in stock. Only recieved them last week. Paid over $80. you should have listed them as limited or out of stock so people wouldn't have been buying thinking they would of recieved them a LOT earlier. I sent emails and rang for refunds to no reply.

Still lying to people I see, no one cares about your bullsh*t about how many people was a sick with covid demanding rats around Australia, you lied saying the rats was available and turn around was 5 days, yet there’s people waiting months for rats and you don’t communicate or refund people. Oh and deleting and blocking people off your Facebook page if they ask where there order is too.
In response to more of your lies, you did block people, I made a fake account to see if you blocked me and you did, there’s Facebook post on other platforms where many people have stated that they have been blocked for simply asking where there products are.

Poor communication and follow up service
Order placed in January for 1 box of 5 saliva RAT tests. Confirmation of order received, however no tracking number received to confirm order sent. Multiple follow up emails ignored as to the whereabouts or status of my order. Multiple follow up phone calls as well, some of which went to voicemail (during business hours) with no call back. The times I have been able to speak with someone have ended with no resolution other than ‘we are looking into it - it is Australia Posts fault’.The last phone call I had on 24 Feb, I noted I was wanting a refund if it wasn’t sorted within 48hrs. Within a few hours of that discussion I received an online tracking number for a package of which is still in ‘processing’ status. Australia post have advised that the order has been electronically logged with them, however, the physical parcel has not yet been received by them to actually ship it. It is now 14 March, I have tried calling again earlier today to request a refund in full and was met yet again with the ‘out of office hours’ voicemail message, which I didn’t even bother to leave another message because they won’t call back. But I will be requesting a refund in full for order #12513. No matter how big or how small the company and all the drama in between, there is no excuse for poor communication, poor follow up and stringing along of customers.
Update: upon getting into contact with the office again, my refund was processed and I received a follow up phone call the same day confirming processing was complete. Whilst it was a shame things had gotten to this point, in the end the lady at the company was helpful in arranging and finalising the refund efficiently.

Still waiting for my REFUND
I processed my order on 09th of a January by the 16th of FEBRUARY I didn’t received my order, Called them and I requested my refund. After that called they decided to ship my order on 19th of February AGAINST to what we agreed. I received their parcel with HALF of my order only.
I called them again and email them with pictures of what I received, I REQUESTED AGAIN the refund of half of my order as I received half. The lady on the phone made sounded that she was doing the refund on the spot. As per today 14th of March I haven’t received my refund.
I call them and their phone is not working anymore.
IF this is not scam!! WHAT IS it?
UPDATE:
They were quick to reply to this review however they still ignored my email requesting my refund!!
Now how you explain that you have the time to reply to reviews and not to an important and legit refund request.

States on website items in stock but they weren’t. Emails and calls and I’m ignored. Two months after ordering they finally ship the items after promising me a refund.
Update. I have been contacted and full refund processed on the spot.

Not a scam
I ordered some rat tests on the 12th of January and they finally arrived yesterday 22nd Feb. (6 weeks later).
Like many of you I thought maybe I had done my dough but they have made it to my house. I understand that I ordered in a peak period and they probably had a ridiculous amount of orders to fill for a small company. Hopefully the rest of you guys will get your orders soon.

Little company taking longer than bigger ones
Unable to change star rating .... however Ordered 12th January, nothing had arrived, had sent several emails with no reply, had demanded refund and no reply! Left a review here as could only assume it was a scam and i had lost my money. Im a matter of days i spoke to someone and my parcel was sent and this has just arrived with a bunch of extras for the inconvience.
If you order, expect a delay given they are just a small company and dont have the logistics that the bigger ones do.
