Awful company. Order posted more than a month after promised.
Doesnt answer phone calls or reply to emails but will happily take your money. I'll never buy from them again.
Edit: I could forgive the fact that it took you so long to post them give the situation, the issue is that you couldnt be assed responding to peoples enquiries, or even mass advising everyone there has been a delay in processing.

Extremely disappointed with lack of service by this company to deliver RAT placed on 4th January.
I have had 2 emails from the company stating delays due to staff absences, and , still no delivery of RAT in a timely manner.
Do not do online business with this company as they are not yet in a position to honour their delivery claims, despite taking money for RATs

Incompetent online store
Incompetent, unprepared and not setup with the appropriate fulfilment and customer support processes to meet surging online demand. 5 weeks and can’t even tell me where my order is let alone receiving an accurate response to my countless emails and texts. They had no issue with taking my money at the point of receiving my order. Would not recommend. Avoid.

Ordered 8/1/22, no tracking or shipping info.
No answer on phone or email.
Email on 21/1 saying sorry delayed due to Covid and would be delivered any day. Nothing as of 3/2/101. Refund request via PayPal.
22/2 update. We received a refund via PayPal. Sorry but the response from Oz Medical does not address why they continued to advertise stock availability when clearly they had none or could not meet the delivery demands. It takes 2 minutes to update a web site with a sold out or temporary unavailable notice. For at least a week after our order the site was still listing test available for order with no mention of extended lead times.

Ordered 6/1/22 with website saying shipping within 5 days. Weeks later tried to contact via email, website email (no response), landline (not connected), mobile (message bank full) multiple times. Only started seeing 'delivery' activity after I contacted PayPal for refund who followed up for me. Product finally arrived 3/02/22. Not recommended.
