Useless, do not order. Like others here I ordered weeks ago and despite their website now saying 5 days turn around I've received nothing. Fortunately I paid with paypal and have been able to use their dispute resolution process for a full refund. Seriously, just don't bother with these scammers.

I ordered RAT tests 30 Dec 21, here we are a month later no tests. The phones ring out, mail box full. They stole my money basically and I can’t contact them at all. Complaint sent to fair trading. Don’t order from them as they never give u the product and u cannot contact them at all

Dodgy. After no response to my emails and no one answering the phone, I got a refund by lodging a Paypal dispute. Feels like they're taking advantage of everyone's desperation to procure RATs.

I will never order from this company again. All promises. Still waiting to receive goods 3 weeks later. The order appears to have been collected from supplier but estimated delivery is still over 2 weeks.

Firstly, you didn't refund me. I submitted a PayPal dispute and this actually got a response very quickly but no refund was received and I didn't expect one if I had the goods.
Your business was misleading. Your web site clearly had stock ready to go. If you had too many orders incoming, you could have updated your delivery dates on your site rather than taking our money.

Item arrived 4 weeks after ordering. Not a SCAM
Item arrived 4 weeks after ordering. I was like most here thinking Id been scamed but it was not the case. Communication really needs to be worked on from this company but most people who shop online understand theres massive delays ATM. Of it normally takes 1 week to get a order it now takes 4-5 weeks. This is only a small company running from a residential address starting up.

Don't waste your time, money or aggravation.
The only reason I received a response after sending several emails, calls and text messages is because I asked PayPal to do a review. Up until then, total silence. This company takes your money, promises that whatever stock you have ordered will be shipped in 3-5 days. It's not true. The absolute worst customer experience I have experienced in a long time. You don't expect to pay for something that is apparently in stock and never receive it. Just stay clear of ordering from this company, and opt for another company instead. Don't waste your time, money or aggravation.

Is zero stars an option?
If I could give zero stars I would. Same story as a lot of others...
Ordered an in-stock item on 8 January 2022. Website said the item was available and would be shipped within 5 days. Paid for express post.
And then nothing. I emailed 2 weeks later asking when my in-stock items order would be delivered and got a reply quickly saying 'you are wrong, our website never said it was in-stock, available or would be shipped in early January. We'll send it when it is in stock which will be the end of the week'. The reply was filled with spelling mistakes and signed off with two kisses. So unprofessional. Further emails have not received responses. Social media private messages have received no response. Comments on public posts on Facebook get nothing either.
Their social media replies to the chosen few seem to indicate they are shipping some orders but not all. And definitely not in the order they were ordered in.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute scam, have the absolute worst customer service and are charging more than allowed for a single test.
Get your RATS from the State run testing hubs. They have their processes sorted, excellent customer service and don't overcharge (or even charge at all!).
25/1/2022 update:
After two private messages on Facebook, 2 comments on my public post and an email asking for updates and an explanation as to why the item I purchased was now $5 cheaper per unit, Oz Medical responded to the private messages on Facebook to advise 'the item is not in stock and will be available at the end of February'.

Avoid ordering from this site. I understand that COVID has led to delays, but this company has had no communication around my order. The site stated the goods were in stock, yet my order placed on 8th Jan has not been received on 24th Jan, and all communications raised with them have been ignored. Items never shipped.
Ordered items that were advertised as "in stock and ready for shipping" on 4 January. I paid extra for express post. Sixteen days later - no response to emails, no response to website form submissions, won't answer phones.
This is an opportunistic money grab website from people who sell bucket hats and bogus voodoo necklaces on their other "business" websites. I regret I did not research them adequately before purchasing online. I have requested a refund from PayPal.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company, ever.

Don’t waste your time & money
We placed an order on 2/01/22 and then a 2nd order on 4/01/22 and paid the extra for express post. At the time of these orders their site stated that these items were in stock and were back at work on the 5/01/22. Their website then updated that they wouldn’t be reopening till the 7th of Jan which to me was no problem. Then in a matter of a couple of days their website updated to say that due to the amount of orders please expect a delay of 7 - 10 days for dispatch. In the mean time I have never received any communication and have emailed them numerous times, txt them and have tried ringing both the landline and mobile number’s which in their defence they did state on their site that they wouldn’t be answering due to being very busy.
Their website has recently again updated to say that dispatch times are now 5 days. It’s now 18 days since our initial order and have still not received any tracking numbers or confirmation that these items have been shipped.
We will never shop with them again and have applied for refunds from PayPal.

Terrible company to purchase from
Terrible company to purchase from. Took my money and absolutely no sign of the tests that were supposedly in stock. No way to get a response regarding the order- no reply to text, email or phone calls. Have purchased Covid tests from several other companies which both gave clear information that the product was on back order at time of purchase- both orders have since shipped to me as promised. Very unhappy that Oz Medical have not been able to meet the same standard.
Update: delivery of tests 5 weeks after expected time frame. After reading OzMedicals response to reviews it is obvious that they were unable to cope with the demand. However, this doesn’t explain why they continued to advertise stock as available. There was zero communication from the company and unfortunately, this is probably the thing I took issue with most.

I placed an order for available RAT test on 30/12/2021, and am still waiting 19/01/2022, I have sent a number of follow up emails to no avail. There is a severe lack of communication from them and no update on my order. Their website states that they are understaffed at the moment and can not take calls. Not recommended.

Total scam
Total scam. Avoid at all costs. We ordered on 1 January and have still not received anything 18 days later. I have emailed them several times with no response. They took my money (stock was available when I ordered) and allowed me to pay for express shipping but have now gone totally silent. Their website says there are delays of 5 days but now waiting 3 weeks is ridiculous. And their total silence and lack of communication is very worrying.

Looks like a scam. Ordered RAT tests on 7th January when they were apparently in stock. They took payment but still no sign of the items and it’s now the 18th. No response from company despite chasing up several times. Don’t bother.
UPDATE FOR THOSE STILL IN THE DARK. GOODS DID EVENTUALLY ARRIVE 4-5 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING - SO ITS NOT A SCAM - JUST EXTREMELY BADLY RUN. FEELS LIKE THE BUTCHER JUST DELIVERED MY XMAS TURKEY IN JANUARY.

As the company OzMedical supplies will not respond.
And very unlikely that you will receive your item.

Not shipped and no update for 10 days
Item ordered with express shipping on 8th January. When ordering, the vendor had advice on their website of processing for shipping in 7-10 days. As of 18th January, this information on their website has changed to processing within 5 days. It is now 10 days from order, there has been no contact or updates, and the order is still not shipped.
