Phone seems awesome, cannot complain about the product, the delivery etc at all… I was however told that I can only receive my discount when I leave feedback here. Slightly manipulative which left a bad taste

We do want to clear up a misunderstanding regarding the discount, as transparency is important to us. We never withhold upfront discounts.
Here is what happened:
The original discount code wasn't entered at the time of checkout, so the order went through at full price. Because the purchase was already finalised, our team offered to issue a retroactive refund for the discount amount as a special courtesy, and asked you for your feedback at the same time.
We realise now that the way this workaround was communicated may have felt transactional or conditional, and we sincerely apologise for that! It was meant as a helpful gesture to get you those savings after the fact, while also helping us get more feedback for our service. Unfortunately, only 5% of customers leave feedback.

My son got his phone yesterday. Went to sleep with it charging and now has woken up with it not turning on or charging. Customer service is a nightmare. All you can do is log a vague “ticket” there is a phone number but it doesn’t answer, just pre recorded messages. Do not waste your time and money on this company.

1) Delivery at post Office not my door - look at another courier
2)Charger cable USB C I needed USB A. I have heaps of A and C but none with lightning at phone end.
I suggest an adaptor or ask in order form.
3) Product great once I sorted out what is different from my Androud phone> Reception good, phone as new, battery life better than expected for such an old phone
