I have ordered two separate items from Player1 Sim Gear recently. Their prices were competitive, they delivered earlier than scheduled, and everything arrived in perfect condition! I literally cannot fault them. (Apologies for the boring review, but that's what happened.)

Purchased the Qubic system 220PL along with a few other peripherals from Neil@Player1 Sim Gear and his advice, knowledge has been second to none. Has been hard to find an Australian partner that has an array of the worlds best Sim gear on hand and has actually used the systems they sell.

Purchased a Flight Sim Pro and Pimax Crystal VR Headset recently. Outstanding advice, customer service, support and overall interaction. Player1 Sim Gear even ensured the VR Headset firmware was updated and everything was working prior to delivery. Always responsive to enquiries and honest in their opinions, I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Will definitely continue to purchase from them.

I used the chat function on their website and asked how long it would take to arrive and got a quick answer that it was available and only would take 2 days to arrive. I purchased and they really did send it fast and I felt like a valued customer. Exemplary work. Oh and a great product!
