The walk through Skype call with photos was very, very useful to me. It told me exactly what was in need of attention and with what urgency. Iain even suggested the order in which to tackle maintenance work. Iain is clearly very competant technically and this shone through in the walkthrough and in the final report. I would thoroughly recommend PA surveyors - worth every penny.

I have now used PA Surveyors 3 times and each time has been a great service. A written report is given a few days after the have completed the survey They spend time explaining everything to you and supply a detailed survey. They are always there to answer any queries you have. I would not hesitate to recommended them.

Iain is great. He doesn’t only provide information on state of the property but also gives costs and time scale for works. In addition he suggested some alternatives we didn’t even consider previously.

We especially found the feedback call very helpful as it allowed us to ask lots of questions whilst looking at pictures of the property. We feel much more confident about the property we are buying and much more knowledgeable about the bits of maintenance we need to do over the coming years.

The photographs were very detailed and, together with the verbal feedback and written report, it was very easy to understand what I should focus on by way of repairs and maintenance when I move in.

I found my surveyor really thorough, helpful and informative.
Ian plant was my surveyor
He was both friendly and efficient. When I had a concern he answered everything without being too complicated with the response. Therefore putting my mind at ease. Was very impressed on his service. I have had reports on other properties in the past and his service surpassed them by some considerable way.
The photos taken on each individual observation also helped considerably in understanding each point.

Very helpful and detailed report. Highlighting urgent and not so urgent works required. Large number of photos which was very useful. Also more than happy to answer any questions about the report after delivered.

Great survey, very thorough and Iain spent a lot of time patiently answering my many questions. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get the survey report, but it was very thorough and informative when it arrived, and I know that Iain was burning the midnight oil to get it finished for me, which was appreciated.

Great service - very detailed survey

Iain is an outstanding surveyor. He was recommended so highly to me and I can see why. He is incredibly thorough and is happy to walk round the property with you, explaining everything in layperson’s terms so you understand exactly what needs doing, how to get it done, why it needs doing, how important it is or not and his opinion. There honestly isn’t enough room here to say how much Iain’s survey helped me understand the issues with the property, I’ve never had such a good surveyor and I’ve bought and sold several properties before. Thank you Iain for your skill and dedication to doing a great job.

Extremely detailed and very helpful. Iain and I are still in discussions post survey as well, which is allowing for an easier refurbishment.
