I ordered a Cirrus 110 from Paddle Outlet, in the middle of the high season. In response to a query about shipping costs, Scott from customer service responded in a friendly, quick and clear manner with a sensible change to the shipping terms. Due to the high volume of business, delivery was delayed. In the end, Paddle Outlet even delivered by express. The goods arrived to me undamaged and in top condition as far as I can tell.
I have never had to deal with a more customer-friendly retailer. Thank you very much.

Speedy service but not easy to contact
I ordered a SUP paddle online but they have sent me the wrong (cheaper) one. Delivery was prompt and I appreciate anyone can make a mistake but the issue is that I have been unable to contact anyone. No reply to emails and no-one answers the phones - calls just ring out. As an update I have now had a satisfactory email response on the matter and have increased my rating accordingly. Once the team responded to my issue they have been very helpful.

We understand every customers issue is urgent, but we make sure to reply within 24 hours offering a range of solutions of which we hope 1x is suitable.
Mistakes happen in warehouses, and we have worked quickly to act to help you.
It is mid-summer and the phones are super busy, sorry to have missed any calls.

Ordered a yak attack part for my kayak…
Ordered a yak attack part for my kayak and had some issues with the item going missing in the post. As soon as I reported it they dealt with the issues promptly and got another item out to me fast. Great communications throughout. I'll be using them in future.
