Rapid and personal response to queries.
Getting a rapid response to my emails and telephone calls made all the difference and was the reason I bought from Paddle Outlet.
When buying a kayak at significant cost it is not reassuring when the sales company do not respond so I was delighted with the service I got from Paddle Outlet - and the speedy delivery.

Excellent service
We had an issue with the delivery company, no fault of paddle outlet, they sorted out another delivery quickly so we had the item in time for our paddle boarding weekend. Excellent communication, replied within an hour to my emails. Will be our first go to place in the future.
