The worst GPS portal, interface and subscribtion plans.
All 5 stars reviews have to be fake.
We've tested four different suppliers in a past few years... PAJ is as bad as a scam. It is also hard to cancel them on the end because they getting connected with your pay pal.
Avoid at all cost

Had a problem with our tracker (it probably got thrown one too many times by our learning disabled son) and PAJ were brilliant. A few troubleshooting steps which unfortunately didn’t work and a replacement unit was sent out straight away (covered by our subscription). All very lovely and helpful. The device does a decent enough job of tracking, within the limitations of GPS technology, and gives us peace of mind.

Absolutely fantastic and instant support!!!!! We had lost the tracker, or at least we thought so, and found it shortly after. But the support we received in the meantime with tips on what to do was amazing. And this was not the first time. Thank you so much!!! Will totally recommend this company and its staff and products. These guys are absolutely amazing. Not only does the tracker work extremely well, but the support team that are there to answer questions or troubleshoot very helpful and great to deal with. They make the journey effortless.
I would also like to add. I live in the Indian Himalayas. And the dog tracker works amazingly well even at four thousand metres hig ,when I go off trekking in the mountains. My house is at twenty three hundred metres high and my dog runs all over the mountains and I always know where she is.
The battery could last longer, however, for the cost of the device I understand.

I have used this service for over a year and had no issues. Recently my tracker unit failed to power up and charge. PajGps promptly helped me trouble shoot to confirm that the unit was faulty and then replaced the unit with a new one. Fast and professional service! A company that stands behind their products and makes the customer a priority!

I updated my PAJ dog tracker to the newer 4G model. Pin point accuracy out in the fields. Many new features and they transferred my subscription with minutes. Most impressed.

A great company to do business with. After sales and tech support service is one of the best I have come across.
I needed a spare charging cable, which was not an optional purchase on the PAJ website, and when I enquired if I could buy one, PAJ sent one to me for free.
The PAJ GPS Smartwatch is also a really good product and has allowed my husband to keep track of me; I have been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia.

I bought a GPS model SALIND tracker a few years ago. For some reason it died on me. Worked great with no problems until it died. I contacted (emailed) the company and explained what it was doing. Almost immediately they answered. They sent me a list of things to perform to see if it was usable. It wasn't. I had several email conversations with them. They answered each one immediately. They sent me a new one, free of charge, and helped me get it active. I'm not very good on computers or electronics. I haven't been involved with any other company that answered me that quick and were that knowledgable. I highly recommend them for your next GPS tracker.

Amazing device, very easy to use. Support is excellent. Battery life is a little challenging but better than other devices.

I had quite a few questions before i purchased the tracker. The team responded very quickly and were extremely helpful. Fitting the tracker was really easy and the app works really well. It does everything that i wanted it to do. Highly reccommended.

Excellent experience with PAJ GPS. The strap broke tonight on my dad’s watch. It’s crucial he wears it as he has dementia and goes walkabout a lot and we have to go find him. Within minutes of me sending pictures through of the broken watch, they confirmed they would send a replacement out and an email was sent with the details. The watch is brilliant for finding my dad. Very quick at tracking and accurate with location. We have also set alarms and boundaries which alert us when he goes outside them. Great product.

I have tried a few different devices and services monitoring my vehicle via GPS, and there really is no comparison. PAJ-GPS is the best. And I’m not just talking about the device, but the customer service you get with the folks at PAJ is top notch. Every single time I have had a question or when I needed to adjust the app to suit my needs, whatever the query, I got first class support, and immediately. This organization sets the bar. Been using them for years and will continue to. And this is the part that really gets me, and you’ll have to see for yourselves to believe it…… they are less expensive than just about every other service. No bs, check it out yiurself, you won’t regret it.
