I ordered a tracker watch I received it in less than 24hours .it does what it says on the tin a great piece of kit very quick set up and very simple subscription plan very good value bought this for my wife who has dementia watch gives me 24 HR piece of mind as it gives 100% location and customer service is excellent

I bought this as my 81 year old mum has dementia, and I worried that she may get confused when she walked to the shops, and get lost. It was really easy to set up, and the tracking on the finder portal is very clear and accurate. It's a really good price compared to similar products, and I was pleased there was an option to have a 6 month subscription, for greater flexibility. I'm so pleased with my purchase. I no longer worry when mum goes out on her own.

Customer service of PAJ-GPS is great! They are available 24/7 and always eager to help you and solve your problems. I am using the GPS trackers for a research project and having such a attentive customer service has been life-saving.
The quality of the product is also great, and they allow to customize certain things of their operation such as the data logging refresh time. I ordered the Easy Finder 4G and the battery last way more than I initially expected.

These guys answer their Helpline 24 seven which means that wherever you are in the world, whatever your problem is, you’ve got somebody at the other end of the phone

I pay £90 for two years for Support and it’s fantastic value

We use the gps Devices in our suitcases when we go abroad and when we’re not on holiday, we use them in the car so we can use them 365 days of the year

When I bought this product online, it was not at all clear that a subscription was required on top of the price of the tracker itself. Some trackers do not require one, and in this case I was convinced a subscription wasn't necessary, which is why I bought the product.

Secondly, when the need for a subscription was confirmed through e-mail dialogue with PAJ, I decided to return the product but I discovered that I had to pay for the return costs! At least, that's what it says on their website. However, they ended up sending a prepaid shipping label for returning the product, so that was eventually OK.

It remains that the issue of the subscription (needed or not?) is too unclear and confusing for me to recommend this vendor.

EDT: in their response below, PAJ insist on the fact that the need for an additional subscription is mentioned here and there, but the fact is, if it were so obvious, I would have seen it and refrained from buying the product. My mistake is proof that the normally attentive customer that I am (which is the legal standard in the EU) may very well overlook that need for a subscription, and be lead into believing erroneously that it is not needed.

Great product, we already have the second one, the app works perfectly, great design. Very good customer support if there are any problems, we only buy tracking systems from PAJ.

No UK customer support only US telephone number

The app can randomly log you out but never had an issue logging back until Friday 30/08. I tried to login in using my biometrics only to be told my username and password was incorrect, I didn't put in a username and password and my fingerprint hasn't changed.
I have had several people - sounding like bots as all the responses are the same, telling me I am entering my data incorrectly. It's my finger!!! I can log into the Web browser using my password and username just not the app....why? Please fix this

After weeks that the device didn't connect to the app, they change it for me and it is still not working. It was been weeks that I am trying to solve the problem with costumer support but the don't intend to help as I see. They said also they would contact me again yesterday but no contact from anyone. If you want the device for a human as me, it can be dangerous as it might sudently do not connect to the app so you don't know where the person is. I do not recommend it at all

My only dislike and it's important is the stupid magnetic charging cable that's keeps falling off as magnet is not powerful enough , needs a standard plug in "c" plugsocket. Otherwise yes I recommend

how fantastic, a product that works and so easy to set up.

currently using 2G tracker and knowing these will imminently stop working as the 2G phone system will be switched off I opted to go for the PAG easy finder 4G and was so surprised to find it comes with the SIM already installed and for just £5.5 PCM it tracks covers the cost of the SIM data I'm very happy with this product and couldn't recommend it more highly setting up is very simple just sign up for the monthly/yearly or 2 yearly plan (the cost per month reduces the longer you go for, charge the unit up fully then turn on, mine located within 2 seconds and of course was very accurate.

I had some issues setting up my device and couldn't manage to figure it out by myself. I sent a short message to PAJ and recieved a reply within a couple of minutes.
At first I thought that I'm recieving preset messages, but after a few messages I felt that I was taken serious as a customer.

I really appreciate the support Mr. Lukas and Mr. White offered me. Keep it up!

My advice gained from my experience with this company is avoid them. I have two trackers used to protect my property and was notified that they had renewed my subscription without informing me of the renewal or cost. Their answer was to refund my money and block my trackers. No warning they just did it. Now they refuse to answer and emails and won’t let my subscribe. SHOCKING. Avoid them.
I’ve read your reply. At no time did I say I wanted to cancel my subscription. All I did was point out that I would like to have been informed before you took money out of my account. Is that unreasonable? You cancel my subscription without informing me. You have left my property at risk of never being recovered is stolen. As for contacting me you have my full contact details. Who buys two trackers to use for a year. Your company have failed to conduct yourselves in a correct and business like manner.

I actually reached out to the company for a review of there gps trackers as I had one of these previously. They was more then happy to work with me. We'll worth it this company as come on a long way but still needs more added. The tracker is very accurate if going for a 4g one. Not one but twice has this tracker has recovered my bike twice from being stolen. The app is amazing being updated all the time with a button to refresh it yourself how cool is that not many tracker have. I believe that the company is working with the community. I would definitely would love to see 24/7 monitoring. For motorcycles I also really hope they can get Thatcham approved. Apart from that it's a amazing tracker for the price the one I've been writing about is a the 4.0 battery connected 4g 2.0.
