Got there eventually
Thanks to leaving an original negative review they did sort out an order gone wrong, after ignoring a polite email from me asking for the 2nd half of my order. But all is sorted now, they got there in the end and did honour a mistake on their end rather than just say sorry that was an error so the 4 stars is for that, as many companies simple apologise and leave it at that.

Amazing company for gifts!

I was very disappointed when I received…
I was very disappointed when I received my package. It was a gift for my daughter and the product was crushed and the package was torn. I reached out to the shipping company and never received an answer. I was not able to find a contact number to contact someone in customer service so I am stuck with a birthday gift that I was not able to give because of the condition that it arrived in.
