This company needs to operate transparency with returns. Instructions enclosed in their parcels do not give details of going online to retrieve subsidised postage. I am extremely busy and I only learned this after I had returned parcel via instructions in said parcel and paid substantial return postage. Shame on you Pampam. Transparency equals trust, you’ve lost my custom, never again
