Dishonest pricing
The flowers were of good quality, however the pricing was very misleading. The website stated £18 for the bunch with free delivery. The following day the same bunch was £14 with a delivery charge. When I asked why the change in price in just a day I was told that because of the free delivery offer the cost of the flowers was higher. That is extremely shady as the customer expects that the cost of the item is X and they are genuinely getting free delivery. If you can’t offer free delivery just say so instead of lying about the pricing. I definitely won’t be ordering form there again as simple honesty goes a long way.

I'm really saddened to read your review on here after explaining to you over email why our prices changed earlier this week. I'm sorry if you found this change misleading but we now charge for postage, which makes our products the same price as they were before, but with a separated product & shipping price.
If I had known you were still unhappy, I would have of course been able to offer you a chance to return your bunch & receive a full refund.
I understand your frustration about the notion of free shipping, but sadly for all of our smaller products the postage is more expensive than the item itself. The only way we can offer 'free' shipping is marking up the product price with shipping included. Sadly nothing is actually free, not for you and not for us.
If you're interested, I'd recommend reading these short blog posts below on how companies cover the cost of free shipping. This strategy is an extremely common practice for many companies big and small, not a lie, or shady.

Absolutely Perfect!
Love the bunny tails! I set them on my office desk and I get so many compliments on them. They are so unique and fluffy! Really love the pop of colour (and it’s something even I can’t kill) I will be buying more!!

As a business we're dedicated to bringing joy to the everyday, so the service you've received is completely not our aim. However, as we work with completely seasonal and natural products, stems can very in size, shape and colour which is noted in our product descriptions.
Our price is something we really consider, we are focussed on sourcing high quality stems from suppliers we really trust and into this goes a lot of time and research, driving up our price. The price is also reflective of our free UK shipping and fast turnaround times. We try to stay as competitive as possible but we are a small business, meaning we don't benefit from the buying power many other businesses do, I hope you understand.

I'm really sorry to understand you thought your stems would be fuller, I can see from your reference number that you have purchased our Light Brown Pampas bunch which are skinnier in their nature. We work with completely natural products which means from time to time there can be a slight variation in size, but we of course make sure every product reflects what is shown on the website. We do also have a range of larger and fuller stems available, but of course this is reflected in their price.

I like the pampas grass I received…
I like the pampas grass I received however it did state at the time that if you spent £48 or more you would receive free bunny tails. I have not received the free bunny tails after having spent £98 which is very disappointing.
I am so happy with the bunny tails I received they look lovely in my living room 💕 thank you so much for these I really appreciate it
