Lovely for a gift
Lovely dried flowers for a gift! Only reason not 5 stars is they came wrapped in newspaper which I didn’t think was the most aesthetically pleasing for a gift and one was slightly bent but still look beautiful and arrived so quickly!

After my emails having gone into the junk mail folder a couple of times, Amelia has been able to help with my returns request which she did so out of hours which was much appreciated. Though one of my pampas reeds had feathers that were a little stuck together this wasn’t the reason for my return - the colour wasn’t quite what I expected, though this wouldn’t prevent me ordering again in the future. Thanks for your help.

I am incredibly saddened to hear you thought your bunch was too small and you were embarrassed to give it as a gift to your Mum on Mother’s Day, as a brand dedicated to bringing joy to the everyday this is completely not our aim.
I can see via your reference number that you have purchased a bunch from our Wild Collection, and these bunches are significantly smaller which is reflected in the price, but I can completely understand your disappointment if you were hoping for something bigger.
