Hat was fine / Shipping horrible
Hat was fine, as described. But the shipping took entirely too long. Over a month. On top of that, I had to pay for extra postage when it arrived because they chose the wrong postage type when they sent it to me. Post office wouldn’t release the package to me until I paid for the extra postage.

My experience with Panama Hat Mall was great. The price was wonderful. The hat is very well made. The turnaround time was much less than I expected. So happy with my new hat. I am a novice hat wearer so I can't speak as an afficianado but I was surprised that the weave was so tight. Guess I'm lucky.
