Awful experience. Bought shoes for my toddler, took weeks for them to arrive. When they did. Very poor quality and not as advertised. She ignores all messages and emails and removed any comments I put on her wall asking for her to contact me. She then blocked me from the Facebook page! Luckily I paid through PayPal so I opened a dispute with them and got my money back. FRAUDSTERS!! Stay well clean, poor shoes, poor customer service skills and just all round poor company!

Don’t buy!! They will take your money but won’t send the products you’ve ordered. When comment on there page they remove negative comments and block you

Awful. I ordered shoes in MAY it is now 30th JULY and I still don't have my son's 2nd birthday bing shoes or a refund. I have now been BLOCKED from their page!!! Do not trust them!!!!

Don't be conned into buying doesn't send your purchase and blocks you one robbing horrible woman who needs bringing down

After months of badgering I eventually received my order of father and son matching dunlop shoes. When they arrived they were in appalling condition. Hardened glue everywhere, badly cut material and shabby appearance. Wish I'd never bothered.

Biggest scammer I've ever know, takes your money and doesn't deliver, when you try to contact her they block you or ignore you

Do not order from this woman! You will not receive the shoes you ordered and if you do they will be of terrible quality! She deletes any negative comments on her posts which is why sometimes it says there are more comments than there actually are. She will ignore your messages and only respond once you’ve worked out she’s a scammer. She is a disgusting woman who seems to take pleasure from taking people’s money

I purchased a pair of mickey mouse converse for my grandson, paying £30 on the 25th may 2019, to date ive not received the shoes or one reply to my numerous emails.....I did get a Hey and a cool ill check from Facebook messenger. But nothing else I started to notice on there Facebook page it would say 6 comments but there was none to read they were obviously negative so were deleted. I put a couple of comments which was deleted and then i was blocked. I then noticed a comment they had not yet deleted saying there's a page especially for victims that have been scammed by Pandorasbox it is quite alarming that theve scammed thousands of people and yet there still going advertising on Facebook. And we can't warn them as the comments are removed...

Awful. It's a scam. Takes your money and never sends the shoes.
Ignores all messages. Disgusting that she's still trading. So many pages on facebook to say she's a scammer. GET A REAL JOB AND STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY

Awful. Awful service, terrible shoes. Not fit for purpose.i complained and she blocked me, doesn’t reply to any messages for days on end. She’s just a joke. Just goes to show you should do some research before buying on facebook

They are scam I spent $40,000 and made $2,000 is what I got from selling whole 20 footer container so I lost 38,000 dlrs

More and more people are defrauded by pandora box, I place an order on January 24 and after 8 weeks it still does not arrive and they only send me a tracking number in Chinese, they kept my money, I do not recommend it to anyone, It happened to me because I had not reviewed the comments, please do it before and not buy them

Shoddy fake converse. Material is glued on and the tongue is brick hard. That's if you even receive them. Don't waste your money. Alleged refunds are never received. Keeps changing bank accounts.

I placed an order with Pandora's Box Inc on November 27 for a bracelet for my wife's Christmas gift. Nearly 1 month later, on December 12th I was advised shipment "may be delayed due to postal strike". My package finally arrived on January 16th.

Any and every other purchase I made, the seller/shipper made arrangements OTHER THAN Canada Post, due to the looming strike. They failed in every aspect to provide a timely delivery of my purchase!

I have blocked them on Facebook. They are a fraud! I do not want to see their crap much less order. Getting mad here and I am ready to play dirty if they don't leave me alone!

Appears I fell into this scam trap. £63.50 down, no shoes, no response to email, website down, dissappears off Facebook daily. Reported to action fraud. Stupidly paid by BACS transfer after ordering off the website. This outfit have been operating for years taking at least £10k per month from people. About time it was stopped.

I ordered two pairs of LOL converse for my daughter and niece she took my money and I never received my good, messaged her so many time and was just excuse after excuse, I’m not in the studio or they haven’t been picked up by the courier, she’s a complete lair and need to be stopped!!!

Do not order from this horrible lady! Doesn’t send the shoes out and ignores messages! Deletes fb posts asking where your shoes are and then bans you from the page so you cannot message her again! Also removes all money from her bank so your unable to get a refund.
Absolutely disgusting lady who karma will get at some point!

omg how can this woman be trading i paid 51 pound on the 19th sept personalised my grandsons converse i initally recived a message to be told that my shoes had been found my grandsons birthday came and went unfortunatley the traniers didnt come neither did a refund numeourous emails sent no shoes no reply no apology for stealing my money absoutly disgusting that this practice is happening no words this lady loosley called a lady needs exsposing and shamed furious is an understatement
