SCAM

Ordered some Paw Patrol Converse for my son's 2nd Birthday to be told they'd be delivered within 6-8 weeks. After the time period specified I started to message the company's Facebook page and to email them. The lady that runs the company told me that they had "forgotten" my order and asked if I would still like it or if I would like a refund.
I had decided that I wanted to be refunded but she never sent my money back. Eventually I contacted my bank and they sorted my refund out

Ordered 3 pairs on the 20th of October…

Ordered 3 pairs on the 20th of October for £100 and was messed around by this company and when I seen reviews and comments saying she had been ripping people off I asked for a refund to which she ignored my messages then when I threatened with the police and authorities she replied and said she would do but couldn’t at that moment in time as she was on her way to a Halloween party, then the next day she said she had already sent them, I finally received them today and they are badly made! Do not order, I was a lucky one to actually receive them! I don’t think there real converse either

Terrible!!

I ordered a pair of converse in June. Contacted them after 4 weeks when they should have been delivered. Sent several emails, all of them ignored. Posted on their fb page and comment was deleted almost immediately. They must monitor their fb page all the time as I have seen people post that it is a scam and it is deleted within seconds. My bank are able to get my money back with the chargeback scheme. Unbelievable how this business still operates, am now reporting them to Trading Standards.

Pandora's Box Shoes have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The shoes most certainly DO NOT arrive after approx 4 weeks and they DO NOT answer any of your emails. The website hides it details with NO address and NO telephone number. They also have no T's & C's on the website. Clearly against trading standards rules and now I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

You can complain about them to Liverpool Trading Standards online

Ordered kids shoes for a birthday in August a good 3 months before I needed them as I saw how busy they seem to be; was told 3 weeks ago that she couldn’t fulfill my order so
Said I could have a refund ... well you’ve guessed it NOTHING ..... a fairly odd email stating the I have been refunded but hadn’t asked me for any of my details .... odd!! I’ve messaged, I asked I’ve even sent a lettter to the business address nothing! She has now blocked me from messaging her or the page; just to clarify I was perfectly polite have never been rude just asked for what was rightfully mine! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had to wait 7 weeks and 4 days

I had to wait 7 weeks and 4 days, sent loads of emails, PM on messenger and wrote on Facebook wouldn't reply, I think they got fed up of me trying to get hold of them and they finally did but acted like there wasn't anything wrong. Shoes look cheaply made or not made properly, you can see the glue , if my daughter didn't like paw patrol as much as she does I would of just ripped the material off

Same as all the other people that have been conned out of there money from this so called business woman ordered shoes paid for them and no said they where being dispatched and nothing got in contact and no reply over and over again and now I’m blocked on Facebook so can’t contact her names is Steph Davenport

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!This is a shocking company, the owner Steph Davenport is rude and she will block you from commenting or messaging her when you ask where your order is wekks after you have paid her.

Your order either never comes and she pockets the money or a cheap substandard product comes months later and it falls apart after a couple of days.
