What a scam, wish I never used them. Took my money and did not send shoes: they were pre made so knew there couldn’t be a deliver, 5 weeks and yet to receive anything. How can this page still be running. Disgusting!!

Ordered a pair of shoes in june and still have not received them then when I have tried to contact them I have not had any response but they have blocked me from the Facebook page

My cousin has placed an order with pandoras box at the beginning of the july, on the 17th of july she received an email to say the order had been complete, they are a birthday present for my son, since then she hasn’t received any sort of update about the product, the communication is seriously poor on this ladies behalf.... she’s received money for the goods then stopped all communication!

Nasty sellers! Will probably change their name and set up a different address to keep scamming people!!

SCAM company they do not send out the goods AVOID like the plague and report to facebook and action fraud. It's disgusting they are getting away with this on a massive scale!

I would give them zero if I could!! Ordered converse online - alarm bells rang when I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order, so I contacted them and was told they sent it. They then started ignoring my messages - I tried via messenger, their website and via e-mail to ask if I will get a confirmation email. After seeing this on trust pilot I then started asking them for the shoes to be sent or a refund. They continue to ignore me and have deleted any messages I posted on facebook and have now blocked me from contacting them on facebook. Why are they allowed to get away with this? Please AVOID this so called company. I will be contacting every authority possible and will not stop until these disgusting thieving people are dealt with.

Ordered over 8 weeks ago totally ignored from day 1 still no shoes or refund!!!! STAY AWAY

Absolute disgrace of a company ordered shoes months n months ago still not received them and they jst ignore emails and messages! How can they keep getting away with this!!

It's a scam. They don't send your order or reply to emails .

Same issues no order received and fake tracking number given. Think it's about time legal action is taken

Not even worth a one star but would not let me comment before rating! Ordered shoes for my grad daughter in February, never received them. They do not answer emails, it's a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Scam bad quality keep sending spam emails. All their stuff bought from Aliexpress mark up price *20 times yes it's not *2 but it's *20 do not order from this company. I would rate on 0 star or minus.

Unfortunately I’ve ordered.. for my sons birthday last Friday. I received the invoice saying it’d been dispatched. I’ve emailed so many times and all ignored. At first they replied straight away and since they haven’t arrived they just ignore. How else have you all managed to contact them? I just want my money back now.

I received my order unlike many I have come to realised but within 2 weeks they had come apart! I have emailed them so many times now and still no reply. Total scam artists! I wish I had realised before ordering that they didn’t allow reviews they maybe I wouldn’t have wasted my money on shoes for my son for him to not be able to wear 😢

I really wish I had researched this company. Ordered customised converse for my son. Had an order to say completed. No goods sent, no reply. Complete scam!!

do not order from this company, its a scam. theyve charged me for 2 pairs of kids shoes (which wouldnt fit them now anyway) that was 6 weeks ago and no shoes. When i 1st started emailing them to enquire about the order, i got rude, sarcastic emails back, now they completely ignore me. blocked me on fb. Really irritates me every time i see them advertising or running competitions on fb.

Absolutely disgusting company.
Takes your money but doesn’t sent goods.

Blocks you from her page, deletes comments.

I have reported her for fraud and I hope she is caught up with.
