Wish I hadn’t bothered.
After waiting seven weeks and after numerous emails we finally received our shoes and to be completely honest I wish I hadn’t bothered. After waiting this long I expected something something of a much better quality than the product actually was.
The tongue of the shoes which is the piece that is “customised” is done to a poor quality and because the edges are stuck down unevenly and glued roughly they really can’t be worn by our Two year old grandson because they will rub.
I am struggling to find anything positive to say about the shoes. To be honest I wish I had just gone to a shop and bought plain converse hi tops.
One positive note the company did always reply to my emails but seemed to be telling me what I wanted to hear rather than what was actually happening with the order.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! Ordered item end of August and still not received anything. Been fobbed off with excuses and apparently they were resent but still nothing has arrived. Now they are ignoring emails! Stay clear people

I bought a pair of trainers for my daughter, there was glue everywhere on them and the fabric was coming off them. Ive tried to contact them on several occasions and they just keep ignoring me. I cannot give these to my daughter as they are a mess! They have stop responding to me on Facebook. I don’t know how to get my money back I am so annoyed stay clear of this company!
Good product, bad everything else.
Good product, but non-existent customer service. From order to item arrival takes far too long. They fail to despatch your order on the day they say and ignore emails chasing to see where the item you paid for is. I wouldn't go as far as to call them a scam like some of the reviews here but I certainly won't be using them again.

Received converse which were very poorly done , I complained and after several emails and threatening trading standards, I had a reply saying to return them but stated pls note change of address , I asked them to confirm correct address before I sent and am still waiting 3 weeks later - shocking service -steer clear! Am now blocked from page for writing negative comments on posts so people can only read the good comments

Gets worse - SCAM
Gets worse. Following on from last review, I posted the legal letter regarding my rights to refund due to faulty product recorded delivery so have a signature as proof of delivery. Two days later, they posted on fb to say they were moving premises and then wrote 'not at this address' and returned the letter to me. They categorically received that letter before move date. The post about moving has now been deleted off fb and the address is still the same on their website. SCAM DO NOT USE
Appauling customer service
Just awful customer service. Once I received my boys shoes, I noticed there was blobs of glue in the middle of the picture on the tongue. I messaged them immediately through fb messanger with images. A week later after several messages I got a reply saying they couldn't see it. So I resent it with the glue circled. Then I never got a reply. I sent message after message. Then I noticed I had been deleted off the group. So I posted a comment on the page... then I got completely blocked. Discusting!
Appalling service, late delivery and faulty goods with no refund (yet)
Saw that there was a 4 week lead time for shoes so ordered well in advance for my kids birthdays. At the 4 week point I started to chase, very little response. Eventually got a hermes tracking order that confirmed that hermes hadn't even been asked to pick up the trainers until a week after me getting the 'your order is complete' email from pandoras. Shoes arrived too late for birthdays and one pair is faulty. It simply cannot be worn. I have emailed both email addresses, used the 'contact us' page, Messenger, commented on posts on their facebook page and written posts on their facebook page (which they just delete). I simply can't find a telephone number. I have not asked to return one of the pairs because although they were late, they're fine. By law though I am entitled to get a refund for the faulty pair but they haven't responded AT ALL. Not hopeful in the slightest that they will contact me let alone give me my money back but I have sent a letter threatening legal action and I will follow through if they haven't contacted me by the deadline. Absolutely appalling service (if you can call it that) from day one. Can't believe they're still trading

I strongly advise people NOT to buy from this business!! I ordered 3 pairs of trainers in January for our holiday to Florida in April, my little boy was so excited to have matching trainers with mammy and daddy. I did not receive my order. I emailed numerous times and got nothing back until I started posting to her Facebook page. Then she blocked me from her page. I threatened further action in which I received a very unprofessional response. She did eventually say she would send a cheque but I'm still waiting months down the line now. Her page is not a true reflection of the service offered as any negative feed back is deleted. The worst costumer service!!!! Please don't order from this woman!!!

Ive given pandoras shoes a try many times, I would never recommend them to anyone.
Their eta is 3 weeks, it has now been 5 and I have just received my confirmation from hermes that my order is on its way, despite me emailing stephanie and her telling me my order was ready a week ago.
One of my items was premade so theres no excuse for a two week delay and if you dont chace them theyll never inform you.
Rubbish
1 star...that's only as you can't review without putting anything.....ordered in April...now 3 months later...numerous emails and messages with no reply and still no shoes....I'm now blocked from the site as well.....don't bother ordering and save your money!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! Received shoes as a gift for my pageboy to wear at my wedding in a size way too small! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have contacted the company by email and Facebook on several occasions to have not even one words communication in return. Yet when I was purchasing and spending money my messages were responded to straight away. Not even a phone number to speak with anyone.Beware if ordering from this company.

I ordered one pair of custom shoes from this company over 4 weeks ago (6th june 2017) and I still have not received them (11th july 2017) even though they say delivery will be 3 weeks. I have had no correspondence from them AT ALL even though their website states they would discuss the design of the order (as it was to be custom made) and when it will be dispatched. I wouldnt mind if there was a delay in making the shoes but to have absolutely NO CONTACT when I email them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Then when I threatened to report them to Trading Standards, my credit card company and Facebook I got a generic email 2 days later stating that my order has been processed. When I asked them when it would be delivered yet again I got no response. So they are SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I will now have to fight for my money back and spread the word that these people are SCAMMERS! Maybe I will take a drive down to the address given on the contact page of their website and collect my order in person if it's really been processed?
