Ordered some Paw Patrol Converse for my 2 year old son with his birthday money on 3rd March 2018.
Received an email on March 29 saying that my order had been completed.
Still now (April 25) I haven't received the shoes. Tried E-mailing the company and messaging via Facebook to no avail.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

Wished I'd read these reviews before I purchased.

I ordered 2 pairs on Jan 21st and still no order 8 weeks on Have sent polite messages and emails asking for an update on order.No reply!! to any of them. Today I used Facebook to comment my concerns and if no refund I will be getting trading standards involved which resulted in bwent blocked to comment on any of their posts now.

This company is not trust worthy AVOID!!!

I will now be seeking advice on getting my money back and making sure trading standards and other official place are made aware of this fraud company.

Order shoes for my little cousin and got an email saying I was refunded and I'm now 3 weeks later still waiting for the money, I never had any trouble with a site online I am furious but thanks to people's reviews here I now know to do my research

I received my order but could not believe the state of the shoes, they have just stuck an image on the tongue - not very well either, its so hard and stiff that my grandson cannot wear them. I have emailed Converse to see what they have to say. I have emailed PD, messaged, Facebooked but they dont reply. I am furious! dont order! its a total scam!

We ordered a pair 7 weeks ago and had an email 3 weeks saying they had been shipped and we have received nothing. i have emailed them explaining this and all i get is one word sarcastic emails back. this face book page is a complete SCAM!!. DO NOT ORDER!! when i commented on a face book thread i was blocked and then ignored.

Ordered my nephew some shoes of Pandora’s box they never turned up after receiving an email saying they have been dispatched iv emailed them and they have told me they was going to give me a FULL refund with a 10% discount (trying to get more money off me) it’s been a couple of months and still not received my money or they shoes AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son, order went through and payment left my bank account, then received an email saying my ordered had been cancelled due to technical issues on their end.
Still waiting for my refund emailed 4 times with reply.
DO NOT Order from this site!

Ordered in Nov after seeing them on FB - never arrived despite promises when i queried. Now no communication and no response to my refund request. They've just taken my money and ran! Total scam they only send out a few orders lots of people complain on the comments on FB but they delete those. Lots of people this has happened to DO NOT ORDER they are con artists.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes.

They have all come but i had no idea when they would arrive etc. The quality was quite disappointing. I wont be recommending at all.

AVOID just found out it's not just me we was lucky and actually received them

Cheeky dinosaurs took 3 months the child was a different size when they finally arrived after asking for a refund three times they turn up and all I can see is some rough cuts of fabric and hot glue what the hell dodgy company AVOID

I ordered from these as all the reviews I had seen were good. 6 weeks on I still have not received my order and have not had any correspondence from emails or messages I have sent. I will be chasing to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered in October for guaranteed Christmas delivery and they have not arrived. No correspondence back and they have now blocked me.

I have reported to trading standards, the police, the bank and Worldpay who they use on their website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Goods 4 weeks late and no communication until requests of refunds.
Blame hermes instead of taking responsibility.
They delete your comments from the Facebook page (note how many comments it’s says to how many comments are actually there)
And yes have been blocked from commenting now.
I was lucky to receive my goods... other’s aren’t so Lucky!
I sought legal advice when I thought I wouldn’t receive the goods and was told that once the time limit of when they said the good would arrive had past.. it was breech of contract and even if you paid debit card you may be lucky if you speak to your bank quoting consumers act 2015... you have 120 days to talk to your bank.

Absolute scam. They don't respond once they have your money. 1 star is 1 too many

Please do not order from this site, my daughter 9 year old daughter ordered some trainers with her own birthday money on 6th june 17, it is now nearly 7 months on and still jot got them. They do bot respond to emails/messages and have now blocked me from their site. I truly dont know gow these people sleep on a night

Utterly disgusting. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers for my kids for Christmas on the 29th October and been given the same bad excuses as everyone else. 23rd December and still no trainers and a useless tracking number for Hermes. So so disappointed my kids now have no trainers for Christmas and we are still £40 down. I will be reporting them in the new year absolutely disgusting company and how the people running this scam can live with themselves is beyond belief. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

This company is absolutely useless. I ordered on 1st November and still have not received my shoes. Initially they kept telling me that they were being processed and due out within a week. Then I get told I have a tracking number with hermes and they are waiting for hermes to collect. So, I contacted hermes who said that the company has not paid for collection and they need the goods to be brought in to the parcel shop for delivery to happen. So, I contact them again and now they are not responding at all despite repeated attempts. Their Facebook page and website is plastered with "guaranteed Christmas delivery" which is a complete load of rubbish. Don't waste your time buying from this apalling company!!

I wouldnt even give one star. I dont know how this 'company' is allowed to continue to trade. They take innocent peoples money who just want to buy nice things for children. Disgusting. I have waiting nearly 2 months for an order and every time I ask for a refund they just say theyve been dispatched. I will be chasing a refund through my bank and contacting trading standards - i encourage others to do the same!!!!

Scam. Waited almost 8 weeks for something which never came. Company is rude and offered no resolution at all. Do not purchase from them. Not worth your time or money chasing orders up etc.

Now I'm just getting threats of legal action as I expressed my experience on Facebook and on her page. Ridiculous. Being accused of lying as well. Do not waste your hard earned money! They're thieves!
