I ordered a larger size of bracelets for my wife and receive something that barely fits a child. When I went to do the return, they said I had to ship it to China. The postage for that is over $20. After reaching out to customer service several times, I have received no help. Just a run around.Don't waste your time with this company. $75 down the drain.

Won’t let you cancel. Hoping refund is hassle free
Like others have mentioned I too placed an order by mistake thinking it was a different company. I emailed straight away and recieved a response pretty much straight away only to be told it was too late. I find this hard to believe that a order can’t be cancelled within such a short timeframe when many other companies seem to manage it. I will be seeking a refund straight away I’m just hoping there are no issues with that.

Accidentally placed my order. Emailed within 10 minutes and still haven’t received a response. I have called the number, even messaged them on instagram. So far I do not recommend this company.

Terrible company
I placed an order by mistake and emailed customer services within 2 minutes to cancel the charms. No reply and the charms turned up a week later. The charms are really poor quality and are not worth the money. Tried contacting customer service many times to arrange a return and refund but they just ignore you. Stay away from this company they are fraudsters.

SCAM - poor quality, bad service
The delivery was very slow and product arrived damaged. I ordered a bracelet charm with crystal, they were of very poor quality, some of them come out and some look like they are not there. Customer service said they’ll send a replacement however, almost a month has passed and I have not received anything. When I requested a refund and said I just want to return the item they said I have to pay for shipping. In the instructions they provided not a commercial address but someone’s home address in China. Although on their website it says if it’s their fault they should be covering the return cost.
Very unprofessional and terrible service, feels like a scam to me. DO NOT purchase from their website!!!

First, a quick clarification: Pangama Jewelry is an independent brand (not affiliated with Pandora). However, our charms are fully compatible with Pandora bracelets and other major brands. We make this clear on our website, but I understand how the redirect could have been confusing.
Regarding the “delivered” email but no package received:
Please send us your order number so we can immediately check the tracking details with the carrier.
In the meantime, kindly double-check the shipping address on your order, look around the property (porch/garage/back door), and ask neighbors/household members. Carriers sometimes mark items delivered a few hours early or leave them in a safe spot.
If the carrier confirms a mis-scan or lost parcel, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy. If theft is suspected, we can help you file a carrier claim and still work with you toward a fair resolution.
If you placed the order while intending to buy from Pandora instead, we’re happy to help with a return for a refund (per our return policy) as long as the items are unused.

Returns are a problem
I ordered a safety chain and 2 charms. The safety chain does not work on my bracelet. You can not open it to snap it on the bracelet. (It doesnt open like pandora ones) Also one of my charms is tiny. It doesnt look so small in the picture. I'm trying to return them but when I call I get a voicemail. So far no one has returned my phone call and it's been 3 days. I would not recommend buying from this website.
Update after reply- I emailed them 2 days ago and still no response.

I received my order today, beautiful packaging, charms are very pretty, bracelet pretty but didn't work, I try to attach the safety chain the chain would not attach. I went to put the bracelet on and it broke in my hands. I tried calling customer service and goes to a voicemail. I hope the company makes good on my purchase or I will stop payments.
