Record Stiffeners - flimsy and bendable!
Ordered 50 of their 12" record stiffeners.
Advertised as "thick strong stiffeners - super strong and thick will not bend easily".
Absolute piffle.
What arrived was in fact 50 squares of very bendable thin cardboard! Flimsy and next to useless as a stiffener when posting records.
Trying for a refund but judging by the reviews on here about poor customer service, I doubt it will happen.

Best quality CD replacement sleeves…
Best quality CD replacement sleeves currently on the market. I have an extensive collection of over 2000 CD’s and have used these to save space and archive my collection for the future. Easy to order and arrived by courier within 2 days. Excellent communication from their team. My vinyl collection is next so will definitely order from Panmer. Perfect size so you don’t have to fold or crease the edges of the back insert, clear to be able to read insert details and a perfect folding flap on the top to keep any dust out.

These CD replacement sleeves are great
These CD replacement sleeves are great, very roomy, I manage to store two CDs in one sleeve, put back tray inserts back to back then the sleeve and CD, so I can store 200 CDs in 100 sleeves!

Terrible customer service
Received a large order of assorted vinyl sleeves but had some issues with tearing on the gatefold ones. I had approx 5 tear pretty instantly when trying to fit. Raised it to customer service who promptly came back and said they would look into it for me, but then went completely silent on me after multiple chases. I liked the product generally but terrible customer service I can't stand....
