Paid £15 delivery and still not got the…
Paid £15 delivery and still not got the badges and I was urgent so please explain why I do not have them and please refund the £15. The service from Imagin was excellent and was done very quickly and I was told we would have them the next day

We completely understand your frustration, especially as the order was urgent. We completed your order very quickly and dispatched them on time for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the delay occurred with DPD after the parcel had left us, which was completely out with our control.
We believe your order has now been delivered, but please contact us directly so we can discuss the delivery issue and look at postage refund options for you.

We had ordered name badges ahead of our company event. After these arrived we required some adjustments to be made and within a short correspondence, Mark had resubmitted our order with priority shipping to ensure we had all our badges on time for the event.
