The communication was great from the start to make sure I ordered correct size. They even asked for measurements and photos. The delivery was fast, within a week or so. The only comment is, they shipped to a FedEx that was by the airport and far from my house. I would prefer they shipped directly to home. The coat is great quality, luxurious and very beautiful . Super happy, will order again.
