Don't bother

I pre ordered Prince: The Two-Volume Special Edition: Collected Photographs on Amazon but it never arrived. I kept asking for the tracking #, as stated on my order but they wont give it to me. Tried to Google the shop but it doesn't load. Waiting on a refund, and now I have to try to find it elsewhere. So much for pre orders!

The same as many other reviews, an appaling company. order cancelled supposedly by myself refusing delivery.
Despite the fact I wasnt even in. Wish I had read reviews, but like others I trusted Amazon.Never again.

Ordered a book in 20th August and…

Ordered a book in 20th August and nothing arrived this was through Amazon very disappointing!!! Wish I had looked further into the order but trusted Amazon☹️

Late Delivery

Two books were ordered through Amazon Prime for next day delivery. They were need for a local Wildlife Group going on a Field Trip.
You really need to be more realistic with your delivery promises as my order took over a week to be delivered.

Great online shop

Arrived on time despite doubting my order would turn up after reading some negative reviews.

It was difficult to find the book I wanted in stock anywhere online apart from here, and the reviews on here made me think it might just never turn up. It did though, and I’m glad I was wrong!!

I ordered a graphic novel from this…

I ordered a graphic novel from this seller as part of a Christmas/birthday present, everything seemed to be fine until I received an email informing me that the order had been cancelled. No apologies or even explanation. Whilst I have received a refund that isn’t the point. I’ve had to reorder and receive the book at a much later date than required. Both myself and the recipient are very disappointed. Will not be using this company again if possible.

Book arrived as Agent Hannah said it would

I ordered book 7th dec. Arriving 14th but late. Contacted customer services via email. Agent Hannah said their carrier is Royal Mail so strikes may delay but will arrive. It did today 19th. Book in very good condition too. Will use again.

Missing order

Do not use this shop

I have had 2 orders from this shop recently which were delayed by several weeks. With the first, they gave a refund, I bought from elsewhere, then the book arrives, terribly late. I let the shop know and they had what I consider rather a cheek in asking me to return it. I did that, but it involved a lot of faffing about to find the correct retailer that took their returns. The book received from them was definitely of a lower quality category than the quality advertised. By mistake, I ordered from them again recently and the same delay happened. I suspect them of gaming the Amazon ranking system by giving their books high quality scores and over-optimistic delivery dates.

Very disappointed that my book hasn't…

Very disappointed that my book hasn't arrived. Still states out for delivery and no direct way to contact the seller..

Remaining hopeful that it will actually arrive after nearly 3 weeks given the current Royal Mail strikes.

Just want a refund, or my book - which I am looking forwards to reading.

Avoid is safest.

Ordered book on 13 August, enquired on its status on 22 August to find that they now are unable to source the book. I can source, more than one seller, but of course the price is significantly higher. Avoid this seller.

Try it you'll like it…

I was unsure at first after reading the reviews and seeing cheap prices you think it's a bit iffy but why not. I bought a few Judge Dredd file books and did not here anything for a few days then had an email saying it was getting sent out. In all from ordering to opening the first page less than a week and cheaper than ebay. I will be using these again and recommending to friends.

Sent a book in the wrong language, unprofessional attitude, avoid at all cost

Sent a book in the wrong language (German), and then refused to refund me the cost of the book and the postage I had spent to return it to them. The listing did not state clearly that this book wasn't in English. I bought it through Abe books, as soon I got it went to the post office to return it that was on the 1st of June 2022, and I made sure it's signed for, they received the book, I got the proof as been signed for, they not replying to any of my emails, got Abe books involved, really unprofessional attitude, never again going to buy from them, and don't know how long I got to wait for the refund if they would even refund in first place

I ordered a book through amazon and I asked them twice tracking # hit same reply I will receive my book before expected date but after 3 week I ask again but no reply and refunded after few days … definitely not recommended just because of poor COUSTMORE SERVICE

Unreliable seller

Ordered a book from this seller through Amazon before Christmas. After a month without receiving anything, I wrote them to enquire about the shipment. They never answered back. Fortunately, I could get a refund from Amazon. Now I have to order my book again from another seller and price has raised, not to mention I have lost a long time waiting for something they never bothered sending.
Very dissapointed at this seller's complete unreliability and lack of professionality, will not try buying from them again.

pay for two - get one!

i ordered two books from them. package arrived with one book missing. messaged them and they asked for my address to ensure they had the correct one. how could i have received one book if the address was wrong? they then said that they sent them out separately. royal mail said you can't do that using the same tracking number as they wouldn't be able to differentiate between the book that arrived and the one that didn't.

messaged asking for a replacement or refund. no reply.

avoid!!

Our warehouse team package items in the best way to prevent damage to items during transit with can often result in sending orders in more than one parcel and each parcel will have its own reference and items shipped via Royal Mail are sent via an untracked and reliable delivery service.

I am very sorry that we have been unable to provide a replacement item, due to the way we work, we do not hold any items directly on site and do not have access to additional copies in order to send replacement items.

Book never turned up

I ordered a book at the end of November, only to be told mid December that they wouldn't be able to supply the book and had cancelled my order. This would normally be acceptable but it was only after multiple times prompting them about my order did they decide to investigate. The book was reasonably priced, but only marginally better than main high street competitors or various online retailers. I will be steering clear of them unless I really have to. Positives are that the customer service team are very nice.
