In response to the reply from Paperless regarding my three negative reviews about themselves & other companies, it is very simple, my standards are high. If suppliers cannot achieve the standards that I expect, then they are not worthy of my business. I have never compromised on quality and don't intent to start now.
Obviously I am unable to comment on the standards of the customers that you continue to retain.

Easy to process, digital purchase ledger system. Removed the need for hard copies of invoices and provided digital signatories for authorisation.
It had significantly helped us streamline our processes.

We've been using Paperless for almost a year now, the installation and set up were quick and easy. Full training was given and the rare occasional query since has been answered very quickly. Our company processes about 20k - 30k multipage invoices each year and this software has effectively removed the need to take on another FT member of staff. We use the docuflow function for audit trail sign off, the system is linked with Sage200 so brings up our supplier codes and expense codes to select, the images are stored on our own server which keeps this solution at a very reasonable cost. Was a no brainer for us.

Highly recommended. The introduction of PaperLess to our SME has been a gamechanger...a straightforward approval system, automated posting to Sage and images of invoices readily available for easy reference. Good training and support readily available as needed from their support team

The paperless software from Paperless Europe has improved posting of invoices and tracking of queries within the company. It has also proved to be an excellent tool for auditing. If any problems have occurred the support team have solved the issue in a timely manner.

Paperless is a very good software. We improve the process of approval and also is very helpful in term of time consuming to input a large volume of invoices into accounting software. I totally recommend Paperless to any businesses.

We've been using Paperless for 2 years now and it is brilliant, it has enabled us to store all our invoices digitally and approve them remotely as required.

Been using paperless software for over a year now and we're extremely happy with the product. The time and money that has been saved processing large volumes of invoices was well worth the investment. We haven't had much need for the support services as the software hasn't had any faults but at initial setup they we're excellent in guiding the installation and configuration needed. Would definitely recommend this product A++

We've been using Paperless now for over a year and our experience has been great. It's made our system much more effect and easy to use, would highly recommend it to anybody. The Paperless support has also been fantastic with any issues or questions we've had.

A great system, much better than any of its competitors that I have previously used. All control remains with you, the user. No waiting for new suppliers to be setup - just go right ahead and do it yourself - done in a couple of minutes, rather than the days I had to wait when using Compleat. Perfect integration with Sage, able to view invoices directly from Sage. Customer service is excellent with Paperless - questions answered immediately. No logging onto a portal, entering details, and then waiting sometimes days for an answer. And finally the billing - just paying the licence fee for users, so much more simpler and considerably cheaper than the other options out there. Watch out for companies that charge per invoice - Compleat was charging me for every invoice - no matter if it was a duplicate, gave me no idea of how many "credits" I had used up. And after 7 months I had used up my entire budget. When I checked Sage for the number of invoices it was only a third of what the budget had been. When leaving Compleat - they charged me for a download of my invoices - where each invoice had their reference on, so was completely unidentifiable. With Paperless - you have the invoices where you want them on Sage. Don't bother with any other system - Paperless ticks all the boxes.

Great product, streamlined our invoice processing system. Good support from the team always quick to help and resolve issues. The accounting archive is a great way at seeing invoices by supplier quickly, but also by nominal. Links with Sage 200 well and the feature to be able to see invoices whilst in the system is brilliant. Has simplified out audit process and storage requirements.

The PaperLess solution working with Sage 200 has revolutionised our accounts payable function. The simplicity and automation has massively increased efficiencies and reduced FTE by half.

We have been using PaperLess for a long time - we integrate with Sage 50c Accounts. Apart from saving us paper and filing space it is easy to use and very useful in finding invoices and also non Sage related documents. the search facility is superb. Support from PaperLess is excellent - definitely recommend the product
