The only thing worse than these wrinkle- prone, paper-thin sheets was the customer service. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Towel was full of manufacture flaws when arrived. Tried to call customer service; they wont answer or callback, instead they email. Then they ask for a bunch of photos; I sent them. Then they ask for more photos (for their developers apparently), because they question that it could be their towel! CS took no responsibility and offered no remedy; I then chose the return process, which was buggy and ultimately generated a" USPS" label. Bottom-line, I gave this company a chance, and they totally failed on all fronts I will be letting my network of 5000+ friends know.

Although I was using the linen sheets alone without another set in rotation, they shredded in less than a year and a half. I've paid $40 for Target sheets that lasted longer than that. Don't waste your money.

I have been a customer with parachute for almost a year now and I have had great experiences every time. They back the quality of their product with excellent customer care.

I am still in shock by the number of positive reviews there are online for these sheets - I feel like they must be planted/it's a scam?
These sheets are incredibly rough, I read that after a couple washes they get softer but it's been maybe 15 washes and they are so rough.
I wanted SO much to love these but they're the worst (and most expensive) sheets I've ever bought.

I love my fluffy soft Parachute towels, and the sheets are luxurious and beautiful. The linen ones are way too big, but they work out nonetheless (queen sized).

Sheets make the bed much cooler than before, so not much need for air conditioning, even in Hawaii.

I love my duvet insert and while the pillows took some getting used to as they were softer than the firm that I was expecting, I've grown comfortable with everything. My next purchases will be bath towels, and perhaps more pillows.

I purchased a Venice Set of the percale sheets in the slate color.

They arrived quickly and were packaged nicely and I was very pleased with the slate color. The sheets themselves had a nice, quality feel but they were a little scratchy right out of the packing. Nothing a few washes can't fix - right?

So, I washed the sheets prior to first use with a mild detergent. Unfortunately the slate color faded significantly after just one wash. This was really disappointing to see after dropping $300.

I think Parachute is a quality operation but it seems they are still working out the kinks with their products.

I was never one to think that the type of sheets one used could make such a difference as far as a nights sleep goes. Man was I wrong!

The linen sheets from Parachute are a slice of heaven. Not only do the sheets breathe well, but they are supper soft and run super cool during the summer months. I am excited to get another set really soon. The quality is also unmatched as far as linens go.

Ok, so I've just moved into a new apartment and I'm living as a single woman. I needed all new everything....that included bedding. I bought the duvet and sateen cover and sateen sheet set from Parachute. It is literally a bed made for the gods! But I needed to get another set of sheets and my friend recommended another high end company....so I bought a set from this other company. They are not the same. The crispness and the sheen and the feel just aren't the same. There is just something missing. The quality might be similar and the price was the same but the "other" sheets are a little lack-luster. I'm so glad I ordered from both companies to REALLY get a good comparison. Now I know....Parachute all the way.
Since I love the bedding so much, I was considering purchasing the mattress topper....I mean, I feel at this point I can't go wrong;)

Our Parachute sheets have far exceeded our expectations, and resulted in a more relaxed and enjoyable sleeping experience night after night. The biggest challenge has become getting out of bed in the morning as we don't want to get out from under the covers. We're currently debating whether to buy a second pair. Clearly can't say enough good things about them.

Parachute has the most amazing bedding!! I love the aesthetic, the comfort and the pricing. I can't wait to buy more products so I can change the look of my beds. They give my entire home the most amazing makeover!

We also love European comforters and down mattress toppers with cotton covers. Just got back from a trip there and so it's easy to compare our new Parachute basics with what made us sleep so well over there. The feel of the cotton sheets is so close that we can't tell the difference. The fabric and filling are exactly the same as what was on the tags on our hotel bedding. For years we've wished we could get this in the USA, and now we can! Made in the USA too! Very high quality products with a simple and efficient online shopping experience. Thank you!

We bought the linen sheets and quilt about 4 months ago. Yesterday, the stuffing from the quilt started coming out of a hole. We have only used the quilt twice and it's already coming apart! What a waste of money. The fitted linen sheet is ok. Definitely not as soft as others I have used, and is extra large- it moves all around our bed when we sleep. I won't buy from this company again.

I had been wanting to buy a new linen duvet and shopped around for options. I am really happy with my decision to purchase Parachute's, and look forward to having it for a long time. The fog color is beautiful!

I NEVER THOUGHT BEDDING COULD MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE !

I ordered sets for all of the guest rooms in my home and I am so impressed with the quality. We ended up sending one set back because we didn't need it and Parachute was great about the return process. I'm going to order a set for our master bedroom next!

I was really excited to receive the linen duvet and fitted sheet set from Parachute. It was a purchase that was a bit of a stretch for my budget but I gave it a lot of thought and wanted to support this small business as well as treat myself to some high-quality bedding. The thing that I did not understand is that there is no standard in the sizing of bedding. There is actually a range of measurements for bedding that falls under the umbrella of "queen size". When I wrote to Parachute customer service, the response I received made me feel like this was something I should have known. Even though my mattress and duvet are queen size, everything is too big. The cover has so much extra fabric it looks awful. Of course, I can have it tailored, but I've already invested so much that I don't really want to put more money into this experience. I had actually asked customer service if there was a way to resolve the problem without making a return, but they didn't even respond to that part of my request. The long and the short of it is that the quality is fabulous but the experience with the business was not. I would not buy from this company again nor would I recommend it.

LOVE the idea of the company, but unfortunately the sheets we got are not as soft as we would like :/ Still rough after a few washes.
