Have the Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt and couldn't be more disappointed. After just a month it was fraying all over the place. Now after having for a year it's gotten so frail it tares so easily. Don't... See more

REALLY BAD
Well, we received the sheets & pillowcases today and upon opening package, they looked and felt like pure garbage.
Company says it will accept returns and donate them( tax deduction?) to Charity. In good conscience, I would not let my dogs sleep on this Crap. So we pitched them in the trash and will just eat the cost.
Much of the merchandise is very poor…
Much of the merchandise is very poor quality. I purchased several top-of-the-line down pillows, a sheet set, a quilted coverlet and shams, and a terry bathrobe from Parachute. Only the bathrobe was acceptable quality. The pillows flattened to nothing and started falling apart, losing feathers all over the place. The bedding was disappointing. Not something I would have purchased in person. Customer service was not help on the (expensive) down pillows. They do have a window for returning items that don’t wear well, but it is too short. And if your merchandise falls outside that window — as my pillows did — they will not help you at all. A good down pillow should last for a few years. Mine died in months. Do not purchase anything from Parachute.
Save your money
Save your money, there are better options out there. May I suggest Brooklinen or the TJMaxx? Perhaps. Their sheets are by far the most comfortable and cost-effective.
warning!
Parachute sheets are fantastic. Do not buy their pillows! Within 6 months they will be lumpy and horrific to sleep on'. We bought 4 .. 2 medium. 1 firm and 1 soft! Same thing happened to each! Wrote for refund since warranty for 3 years, but because i had cut tags off them it voided the warranty! Who keeps tags on their pillows???!!! Tried to do what they said and wash and dry them, but nearly ruined my washer so took them out sipping wet and threw them out! 400 dollars later and buying new pillows today. Bad customer service and terrible pillows!

So NOT worth it
So NOT worth it. The linen sheets are thin, flimsy, scratchy. Very low quality and ZERO customer service. Wouldn't take a return. Really disappointed.
Sheets lasted 2 years before showing threadbareness
I wanted to be able to write a better review, but alas, here we are. We purchased a fitted, flat sheet, and two pillowcases for a full bed in June 2017. As is captured in many reviews, the sheets are incredibly breathable and soften with wash. This is great.
What is not great is the overall quality of construction. Within 6 months the seams of the pillowcases started to rip. We contacted the company to raise the issue and were told that they were not under warranty. After some back-and-forth, including photographic evidence of the pillowcases, they agreed to send out another set of pillowcases to us.
Fast forward another six months and we started to experience a similar defect with one of the new pillowcases. Fast forward another year (2 years after purchase) and our fitted sheet is showing threadbare wear.
For a $200 set of bed sheets, I expect them to last more than 2 years. Think about it this way, both my mother and my grandmother used sheets in their home for upwards of 30 years before replacing. While I know we live in a time where low-quality, high-prices rank supreme, I would hope high-end sheets could last more than 2.
I believe if more consumers speak up, we can help improve quality.
Loved my new sheets until the bottom…
Loved my new sheets until the bottom sheet got a tear after only 4 months. Definitely a bummer when spending so much on luxury sheets. When I contacted customer service however, they could not have been nicer and sent a replacement sheet. Kudos for great customer service!!!
Color is great and we did not sweat
Color is great and we did not sweat, as advertised. But they are not soft and kind of scratchy. Not what I should receive for buying a $600 sheet set. Not very pleased.
cheaply made / rip with little wear
Bought these sheets in February and they ripped by June. Very disappointed considering these were very expensive and linen is suppose to be durable.
Look for another brand
Unfortunately, Not Worth The Price
Loved my Parachute percale sheets as soon as they arrived, and I honestly thought that I had FINALLY found my favorite sheets ever. The material is very high-quality, and they helped to keep our bed cool at night. Unfortunately, after only a few cycles of use, these sheets started fading from a lovely light blue color to a smudgy yellow-gray, especially where our bodies touched - pillows, middle of fitted sheet on both sides of our King-sized bed. I have followed the manufacture's washing instructions to the letter - even drying the sheets on delicate cycle with wool balls. Not acceptable for $300 sheets! I will not be buying again.
World class products and customer service
I received excellent service from Parachute. I bought a couple of bathrobes and a few days later, the items went on sale. I sent a brief email to Parachute asking them for a price adjustment. I quickly received a satisfactory reply. Very good quality company with unmatched quality products and world class customer service.
Wow!!
Wow, talk about incredible customer service! I initially ordered some products and we had a little hiccup. I contacted Parachute and their team went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. They were not only helpful but also very efficient in solving my problem. I know millennials are prone to exaggeration, but I kid you not, this was the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. As a new home owner I am slowly decorating my home and parachute will be there every step of the way. Love their product and LOVE their team.
Highly recommend
I ordered the linen sheet set. When I decided to exchange it for a different color, the return process was easy and customer service very helpful when I had issues with my shipment (thanks Nina). Most importantly, I love the sheets! Very comfortable, and they help keep me cool at night.
Towels are like drying off with Saran …
Towels are like drying off with Saran wrap. They are certainly fluffy, but completely non absorbent. Leave you feeling wet. Overpriced and non returnable once used. Don't buy into the advertising
Poor Customer Service
Don't get me wrong the sheets are nice, but the customer service is horrible. I purchased a set of pillowcases to match my percale sheets(top and bottom sheet, you have to purchase separately) and accidentally selected the sateen instead of percale. When I asked to exchange the item I was told they do not do exchanges, only returns. Ok. I went to return them so I could then purchase the percale and I was told they were a sale item and therefore no returns allowed. I explained that they were still in the original packaging and I just wanted to switch them out for the percale. They told me there was nothing they could do, which is ridiculous, of course there's something they can do, it's a boutique shop! I have never dealt with such a rigid/inflexible company as Parachute. Brooklinen sent me a new fitted sheet when I purchased my wink mattress because my old one wasn't deep enough. I would have been happy to pay the difference on the sale price but they wouldn't even meet me halfway. I felt very undervalued as a customer and seriously doubt I will purchase from them in the future.
Sheets are itchy
Have tried to like these sheets because I paid so much for them but just can't get over the itchy feel they have. I hoped after a few washes they would lose the itchiness but that's not the case. My girlfriend also finds them very itchy. I prefer the $100 sheets I bought at target. Not pleased at all with the product.
Thin, scratchy and overpriced
The only thing worse than these wrinkle- prone, paper-thin sheets was the customer service. Spend your money literally anywhere else.
Towel arrived full of flaws/manuf imperfections
Towel was full of manufacture flaws when arrived. Tried to call customer service; they wont answer or callback, instead they email. Then they ask for a bunch of photos; I sent them. Then they ask for more photos (for their developers apparently), because they question that it could be their towel! CS took no responsibility and offered no remedy; I then chose the return process, which was buggy and ultimately generated a" USPS" label. Bottom-line, I gave this company a chance, and they totally failed on all fronts I will be letting my network of 5000+ friends know.
Not "investment" worthy
Although I was using the linen sheets alone without another set in rotation, they shredded in less than a year and a half. I've paid $40 for Target sheets that lasted longer than that. Don't waste your money.
