Have the Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt and couldn't be more disappointed. After just a month it was fraying all over the place. Now after having for a year it's gotten so frail it tares so easily. Don't... See more

Such a waste of over $700
Such a waste of over $700. Got the linen sheet set and linen duvet cover and they have holes in them after 2 years of regular use. Laundered according to care instructions. Customer service doesn’t offer any help. Will tell everyone I can to stay away from this company
Holes in Fitted Sheet
Unfortunately, the linen fitted sheet I bought about a year ago has thinned to point of developing many holes. We always wash in cold and tumble dry low. No pets, just regular use. So far, since I cannot find my original order information, there has been no offer of resolution by customer service. To spend this much money on sheets and for them to deteriorate so rapidly is very disappointing and I feel like I got scammed. Poor quality.
8/30/24 After reading the reply I don’t feel any better about the company standing behind its product. I cannot find my order number, but what I do have is a sheet that has a Parachute tag in a seasonal color Ochre with multiple holes in it. I’m less worried about a warranty and more worried about a cheap product that cost a lot of money. I ended up ordering a linen sheet from Amazon to replace the one with holes in it.
Final response from Parachute:
Hi Joanna,
Unfortunately, we cannot help with the issue on your Fitted Sheet without the details of the purchase.
Let us know if you have any other inquiries.
Warmly,

Amazing products and customer service
I recently got a linen shower curtain from this company and it had a snag in the bottom right when arrived. I email their customer service email and they responded in only a few hours to say that they can provide a replacement or a full refund. I was very impressed with the customer service! Other than the large snag the linen shower curtain works so great and drys completely so quickly (within 4 hours max). I will definitely be shipping here again!

Parachute Loves Spam!
Let me just say, I HATE HATE HATE when websites think it's OK to use third-party cookies to SIGN ME UP FOR EMAILS just because I landed on their website. Stupid move that everybody hates. I will NEVER buy from a company that subscribes to this practice.

The website is atrocious
The website is atrocious. Customer service non-existant. The live chat is either offline or you talk to a bot not a person. It is beyond useless. The link that apparently allows you to schedule a call with a person, says the URL doesn't exist. My order was placed twice and it would not allow me to change the shipping address that it took from SHOP.com. I wrote an email asking for someone to call me. No one has.I hate to do this but I am going to stop the transaction on the credit card side, since there is no one to speak to to simply revise the order.
Ohhh .. it also offered me a free gift with my order but when I went to claim it, it charged me for it.
For a luxury brand, the service is beyond terrible.
Atrocious
Atrocious. They literally do not respond.
I spent $759 on an order 10 days ago and paid for express shipping. I never got an email receipt or any communication whatsoever on the status of the order. My card was charged but that’s it - I’ve now reached out to parachute support via email 4 times over the course of 10 days with no response. I paid for express shipping as im currently traveling and likely won’t be in the same spot now once/if it ships. Tried to call the phone number, no one is there they tell you to use the live chat on the website. Sure, ok - except the live chat is literally always offline.
Editing after seeing the response from parachute - no, they did not contact me or share any shipping information whatsoever. The package did show up, not express as paid for, and it was originally ordered express because I wouldn’t be in that location for a long time. I never received a response or any shipping information before the package showed up, and they also did not refund the cost of shipping. This response is the only one they’ve given, no bother on the emails I’ve sent them privately, and their response is untrue.

Unimpressive in so many ways
I have purchased Egyptian cotton bed linens for a couple decades, some good and some not so good, and this time I thought I would try a different brand. For $358, I purchased a king size sateen Egyptian cotton sheet set along with an extra set of standard pillowcases. The linens were quite shiny and smooth when they arrived, although they didn't seem very substantial. I have a new LG high efficiency washer/dryer without an agitator, and I washed them on the "bedding" setting before putting them on the bed. I was surprised by the amount of lint that was in the dryer filter just on that first wash, and noticed that the shiny and smooth look and feel were noticeably less when I put them on the bed. I have a 10-12 inch thick Tempurpedic mattress, and the fitted sheet seemed baggy all around the edges, with the elastic seeming like it was either too loose or stretched out. Within the first month, the fitted sheet was popping off at the corners every night. At this point, we have to get up from bed and re-install the fitted sheet several times each night. As for the lint, that has never stopped, although after only 4 months the sheets are verging on see-through in some places, so there's not much sheet left to create lint. The shiny and smooth feel to the sheets was long ago a thing of the past, and now they are dull, lifeless, rough feeling on the skin, and weigh almost nothing. I decided to cut my losses with these linens this week (mind you this is only after 4 months of use), and I ordered a new sheet set (from a different manufacturer). $358 for 4 months of use is, as I said, unimpressive, but in reality I knew I'd made a mistake within the first month. I'll give these to Goodwill and let someone else deal with them. Such is life. Lesson learned, and I'll move on. I went to the Parachute website to try to leave a review there, but could not find a way to leave a review, so here I am.
Horrible quality
I spent close to $500 on 2 sheet sets at the end of 2021. The most expensive linen pair now has a huge hole in the flat sheet. I have had linen sheets 10+ years for 1/4 the price that have held up better. I rotate my sheets out and have babied these so there is no reason they should be worn enough to tear. The hole is not near the feet or head, no pet claws on them….just totally random hole. Of course I am 6months past the warranty window. Will not buy from Parachute again

Holey sheet these are the worst!
Holey sheet these are the worst!
Quality is so poor. Had a king fitted sheet that developed holes after less than a year. The company did replace the product. However, now my flat sheet has multiple holes and since it has been about 2 years, the response from customer service was “sorry, but we don’t help with product issues after 1 year.” What kind of sheets are only expected to last 1-2 years?
Worst customer service and product is definitely not worth the price.
Do not buy!

If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought linen sheets for my son for college a little over two years ago. He mentioned to me the fitted sheet had developed a huge hole. Contacted customer service to let them know I was placing an order for a new sheet, but obviously they have quality issues (had to order from there because of sheet set and color match or definitely wouldn’t have) - was met with NO SOLUTION. Not a discount, not a replacement, not anything. Complete missed opportunity. What a terrible company and horrible customer service. Take your business anywhere but Parachute.

I am a long time Parachute customer and…
I am a long time Parachute customer and my last order completely changed color-I have about 6 sets of all different colors and this has never happened to me, I called the store twice and cs emails 5x with no reply. The color has since been discontinued and I am stuck with what started as a sand color and is now a strange deep yellowy beige. I am unclear why I cannot reach cs even with the stores help.

They are "only able to help with…
They are "only able to help with product issues within the first year of purchase," even in the case of a faulty product. Note that this "first year" timeline is not listed online anywhere, which they confirmed. Expensive products. Terrible customer service.

Steer clear of Parachute
Steer clear of Parachute! No customer service - only emails to communicate/resolve issues. I ordered a Parachute bed and was assured that it would accommodate an adjustable base. Later, I discover that it can't. I emailed their CX team to explain the misrepresentation (most likely inadvertent by their salesperson) and was told that although the bed hadn't been manufactured, they would not cancel the order. I posted a negative review on Trustpilot and also emailed their CEO. Within hours the order was cancelled and a refund issued. I contrast this experience to that with Saatva - a more mature and professional organization. I hope Parachute's management will take notice and up their customer experience game as it is sorely lacking now.

Terrible quality!
I heard that Parachute sheets were excellent quality, so I splurged and bought the percale set. They do indeed have a luxurious feel. But the quality is crap. After six months, I was stunned to find that the paper thin fabric on the corners of the fitted sheet had began to tear. So much for excellent quality! We were planning on buying Parachute sheets for all of our beds, but after paying $110 for a piece of junk, I'll never buy another product from this company. I don't see an option on their website to post a review, so I'm doing it here. Too bad I don't have the option to post photos so you can see the disintegrated fabric. (By the way, Parachute's washing instructions were followed explicitly.)

I am writing a negative review about…
I am writing a negative review about Parachute Home because they left me in the lurch. I bought a set of towels in October 2022, a year and three months ago. I contacted the company because the towels have shredded severely along the edges - definitely a product failure. They said sorry, we can’t do anything about that since it’s been over a year but we will forward your complaint to our product quality team. I had bought several things from parachute over the years, but I will no longer be supporting the company. I have a set of Target towels that I bought five or six years ago that are still holding up nicely, I am just really upset that Parachute didn’t take responsibility for their product quality. After my towels started shredding in November, I bought organic towels from Coyuchi during their holiday sale and the towels are more substantial and better quality. Bye Parachute, you lost a customer.

5 stars for awesome customer service & linen!
UPDATE: 5 stars for customer service, 1 star still on whatever happened to the percale sheets I received, BUT Sarah from customer service reached out and offered to swap our percale sheets for the linen. We’ve only had them a week, but slept on them the first time last night and it was blissful & cool. Sarah advised washing a few times in warm water before first use. We did a cycle with a cup of baking soda, then a cycle with 1/2 cup white vinegar per other suggestions, then two delicate cycles with gentle detergent. Fluffed to dry and hung to finish drying. They shed a LOT the first 3 cycles but not so much the last cycle. So, I’m amending my review to reflect the customer service and linen sheets from Parachute, both of which are an easy 5 stars :) (I don’t update reviews often, but I really was that impressed)!
Original review:
I purchased the clay set of percale sheets in July of 2021 and they're still amazing and going strong. I purchased a set of slate percale in May 2022 and figured the color may have made the feel difference (MUCH thinner and scratchier than the clay from the get go).
The clay were comfortable from day one and got better the more we washed them...the slate were so bad after washing them 30+ times over a couple months EXPECTING them to eventually become comfortable that they've sat in the closet unused because they're hot and uncomfortable and we "missed the return window" because we were told to keep washing them/wash them with vinegar to soften them...and this never worked.
My husband and I just got married and, hoping AGAIN that the slate was a one-off, though already frustrated at being out the money, registered for a moss percale sheet set, duvet cover, shams, and a duvet insert on zola, as well as a set of king pillowcases to match our old clay set; we received them all and washed the sheets immediately.
I literally woke up wet. As did my husband. Covered in sweat, and claustrophobic. (This, after desperately trying to fall asleep already too hot from the sheets not breathing AT ALL, which is wild for percale). We took the sheets off the next night and slept with the lightweight down duvet alone over our clay sheet and it was fine, but we'll probably be returning that too now that Parachute's reputation is in question.
I'm now not only frustrated, but embarrassed, because I've given these sheets as gifts and preached about them being amazing, only to now ask for honest feedback from friends and family who received the parachute bedding the last 2 years from me saying they don't use it because it's too thin/scratchy....what on earth.
Whatever Parachute did to change the sheets the last 2ish years...it sucks. I get it, they've got brand recognition now, and stakeholders to impress....but damn guys, they literally just broke my heart after ending my years long hunt for the perfect sheets with that initial clay set.
Off to the citizenry I go, but I would LOVE to come back if Parachute puts quality anywhere near the top of their priorities again...or at the very least acknowledges they messed up something recently.
For the record, I held up the clay pillowcases from 2021 and they're nearly opaque in front of a lamp, the 2023 set I just received are nearly transparent next to them...so it's black & white here that the sheet quality changed, I will not be gaslit about it, because I've worked a lot of customer service and I know how this all goes. Yet I'm frustrated enough that it was worth my time to email them and leave a review here after being told I couldn't directly speak with someone who could answer some questions about quality... ::shrug::
I'm including my original order number and the slate order number to prove timeline below - the others as I said were through Zola registry.

We purchased Eco Comfort mattress…
We purchased Eco Comfort mattress almost a year ago and overall it’s been the least comfortable mattress we’ve had in a while, and it wasn’t cheap. I contacted customer service to express my concerns and experience and they had nothing to offer us not even a discount or credit for a mattress topper. My wife and I have spent thousands buying towels and sheets and this is the first time we’ve had an issue. Customer service was pretty much dismissive and unhelpful at providing any support. As a loyal customer - I had higher expectations. We won’t be buying anything else from Parachute.

I'm so disappointed in my Parachute…
I'm so disappointed in my Parachute purchase. I bought the linen sheet set in Fog and the fitted sheet only lasted a little over a year before becoming thread-bare and developing a hole! I was delicate with them and followed the care instructions on the website, yet, they are already falling apart. I suspected something was off as an alarming amount of lint comes out after each wash/dry and they are very much thinner after only about 20 washes (I purchased them in Sept. '22). Given the reputation of Parachute products and the cost, I was excited to splurge on the sheet set for my home. The Fog is a lovely color, and they were soft and beautiful but only for a short amount of time and now I'm scared to continue using them for fear the hole will get bigger!

Completely Fell Apart
I purchased a set of expensive linen sheets that completely fell apart after only one year with holes everywhere. The quality of the linen is very thin and terrible, and develops tiny holes all over the fabric making it unusable.
