Have the Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt and couldn't be more disappointed. After just a month it was fraying all over the place. Now after having for a year it's gotten so frail it tares so easily. Don't... See more

There are much nicer sheets available!
I gave Parachute linen sheets a try based on a personal recommendation. I have linen sheets from Restoration Hardware, The Company Store and Pottery Barn, but I would like to find nice linen sheets not made in China. The top sheet I purchased cost as much or more than what I already had, but it was the kind of linen sheet I imagined I might get at IKEA, at half the price, lol. Very thin and the stitching looked so cheap! My Company Store sheets are the thinnest I have, but they also have lovely hem stitching on the top sheet and just generally look much better constructed. So I’m still on the hunt for linen sheets not made in China. I have read that there are Etsy sellers in Eastern Europe that make really nice linen sheets, so I guess that will be my next stop.
Worst . Bedding. Ever
Worst. Bedding. Ever. Just don't do it. I ordered a set of linen sheets for my sons full size bed and we were SO excited to receive them. The fitted sheet was so flimsy and scratchy that there was a hole in the corner. The fitted sheet was 5 1/2 inches LONGER then the actual bed. I don't know who does the sizing for parachute, but it's way off. My son has a $1,200 full size Hybrid Casper bed. I also ordered a pair of non returnable Pj's for myself in a large... I"m usually a small/medium, but like my loungewear to be big. It barely covers my stomach. Going to cut the pj's up and make a shirt for my dog. I hate this company. Horrible products. All of the reviews on other sites are negative with 5 stars, so someone is doing something dodgy to change the reviews.
Dumb parashit
I died using this parachute :( It didnt work sadly so THIS IS THE MOST TRASH PARASHIT EVER! PLS MAKE IT WORK SO I DONT DIE! I LOST 20 LEVELS AND MY OP ITEMS
Bad reviews be damned
I have no idea where these bad reviews came from. I've been buying parachute stuff for years now and have never had the kinds of experiences other people have complained about. A few specifics I will call out though:
1. I was told you should change your pillows every 1-2 years. I had used the same pillow for 4 years and was annoyed with how flat it had gotten. I did my own research and that 1-2 years number is accurate based on industry standards. Honestly wish i had known this earlier. probably would have saved me some neck pain.
2. the linen does shed. I only have a duvet cover so my experience is limited to that, but I'm pretty sure the shedding is what helps the linen continue to soften over time. Would be great if there was a bit less shedding, but overall I think their linen is the softest I've used.
3. the brushed cotton sheets are my favorite of all time. highly recommend.
4. The soft-rib towels are an underrated star. The softest towels I've ever used and have bought them for many a house-warming over the past couple of years.
To be fair I haven't had to deal much with their customer service, so I can't speak on that. But I've been to the soho store many times and my experience has always been lovely.
DONT DO IT!!
DONT DO IT!!! What a terrible mistake and a waste of $1500+ this purchase was. The linen sheets are scratchy, uncomfortable and shedded all over the room! The pillows went flat after two months and the customer service is the worst! They are always right and the customer is always wrong!! Big PASS on this company
Wouldn't give u that one star had i had…
Wouldn't give u that one star had i had a choice. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE YOU THE REQUIRED STATE INSURANCE AND NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY BLOW YOUR PHONE UP ONCE YOU INQUIRE, AND ONCE THEY GET U ITS ALMOST AS IF THEY KNOW YOU WILL BE CALLING BACK ONCE STATE SENDS YOU A LETTER SAYING U R NOT VALID. THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. Down pillow
I bought their firm Kingsize down pillow and this review is of that pillow. The pillow was great at first but it didn't take long before it started to lose it's loft. After less than a month the pillow went from being a firm pillow to being way too soft. It honestly felt like it was half the size that it was when I got it. The worst part of this pillow is how much down it loses. Every day I would wake up and my pillow case would be COVERED in small bits of down which is extremely noticeable on my dark charcoal gray pillowcase. Even with a pillow protector my pillowcase was still covered in down and it would also get all over my bed. When I would take my pillowcase off to wash it the inside of my pillowcase had a ton of small bits of down inside of it and the outside of the pillow was absolutely covered in bits of down. I loved the pillow when I first got it but am I ever glad that Parachute has a 60 day trial because this pillow is just awful. I returned it and got my money back. I wouldn't recommend this pillow to anyone!
Bad customer service
I had placed an order - and realized less than 10 minutes later that I got the wrong size sheets. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they could do, which is ridiculous. Most brands will let you change an order before it ships!
Horrible quality and scam reviews
I splurged on a linen sheet set in Dec '20, and after just a year and a half of normal use and following the care instructions to a T, my fitted sheet is threadbare with holes and a pillowcase is badly discolored (no benzoyl peroxide ever came near it). I reached out to customer service and was told that they can't help me because it's been over a year. I have NEVER had this happen to a fitted sheet, not even cheap sets from Target or IKEA. To make matters worse, the reviews section for the linen sheet set features myriad very negative reviews that mysteriously have five stars applied, so the overall rating is still high. Extremely duplicitous. Avoid this brand.
Poor Customer Service
No phone number, have to make an appt to talk to someone then not able to resolve the issue. Many out of stock items and no ability to place orders for restock and take adv of promotions
Didn't last a year before tearing
Didn't last a year before tearing, thinning, and holes. They lose a surprising amount lot of fiber with every wash. I will need to replace the fitted sheet with another brand in a color that will not match. I spent $500.00- and I had only used them for 1 year when I noticed the holes. The company does not stand behind them, saying perhaps I should use them half as much, so they last twice as long. The responses were unsympathetic, condescending and flippant. I should have done more research as I see this is common. They were very coarse in the beginning and actually gave me a bedsore on my elbow. Now I see why people returned them immediately, not waiting for them to soften. I washed in 7th Gen/cold water and only dried halfway. The company suggested washing lass frequently than 2-3 weeks- which is not hygienic. I regret the purchase.
Dismissive Customer Service
Dismissive Customer Service.
These are not cheap products in my opinion, but here I am a year into owning them and there are holes all over my fitted linen sheets. This sheet has now been discontinued and I'm sure it's because I'm not the only one with this issue. I was offered a lousy 10% discount (literally less of a discount than what I got as a new customer) because the sheets were discontinued and "sheets have a different length of life depending on the person". I've had Target brand sheets that have lasted 4xs as long, and I followed the proper care instructions for the linen as provided by Parachute. I won't be using that 10% discount to repurchase from them, I will be going to Brooklinen or another competitor that backs their products better. I never splurge on things like this and I dropped a pretty penny on Parachute's products. Didn't know I would have to replace them all within a year. Wish I had read reviews before making the purchase. The sheets are also baggy and don't fit my Queen bed properly. I was willing to look past that but now there are gaping holes just from sleeping on them.
I left my conversation with customer service thinking I must be some barbaric sleeper ripping holes in my sheets, but I've read other reviews where this happened 4 months into owning them.
Fraud warning
Fraud warning! I bought a robe, never received email confirmation, support couldn’t locate my order so I had to submit a fraud dispute with my bank card because Parachute charged me and processed the payment. Super scammy!
worst customer service!
customer service is extremely disrespectful & dismissive. I have been brand loyal for years - I had an issue bc they delivered to a cvs 1/4 mile away instead of to my home and would not assist in a re delivery - acted like they could care less - spoke to me as if reading from a script - tried very hard to work out the situation but the truth is parachute does not care about its customers- will never shop at parachute again!
Truly a disappointment !
Truly a horrible customer service experience! Their products aren't cheap, and I’d expect someone to return my repeated emails on a 250$ purchase, but alas no. Their chat wasn’t helpful either, so now I’m left waiting for the products to arrive (too late for the surprise occasion they were meant for!) -when I won’t need them anymore. Such a disappointment!
This is the absolute worst customer…
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot get any updates on my open order. I don’t believe there is a staff because the responses always seem to be generic and robotic. This company is not a complete fraud because I did receive one portion of my order, however the lack of useful communications from their so-called help line is frustrating and the likelihood that my order will be paid for without fulfillment is infuriating. I will never order from this place again.
HORRIBLE Customer Service and Miscommunication
I placed and order for a linen fitted sheet; linen duvet cover; linen pillow case set and linen sham set on SEPTEMBER 8th (11 days ago), and guess what? Have not received anything.
I set an email on September 13, and received a response 2 days later from a customer service rep who apologized for the delay informing me he would "personally take care of this" for me. He goes on to write in the email the following: "As I was reviewing your order with our warehouse and checking thoroughly our inventory to pack and ship your order accordingly, I noticed that we are currently running low in stock for the Linen Duvet Cover in Dusk and the Linen Pillowcase set in Dusk."
He then goes on to offer me refund and suggests I buy those items in another color...
My initial response was, why are you offering me a refund if you have the items I want? He didn't write they were OUT OF STOCK, he wrote the items I wanted were "LOW IN STOCK", which means there are still items available for my order to be processed.
I replied to the email and wrote since the items are low in stock, my order should be processed.
I received a response THREE DAYS later, yesterday, Saturday, September 13. He wrote: "as I was reviewing our inventory for the items you specific, I was able to confirm that we DO HAVE ENOUGH of them AVAILABLE."
I responded please send me my original order. I assume, I'll get a another response in 3 days. I want my items shipped.
The bedding is more than $500, you would expect superior customer service and PROMPT shipping and communication.
I am not amused
Very disappointed they have…
Very disappointed they have discontinued shipping to military APO addresses. So many companies support military families stationed overseas and this company has elected to discontinue shipping. I recommend both Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware which both ship to APO addresses.
I don’t understand any of these…
I don’t understand any of these reviews. Been to their store and it was a great experience. Ordered online many times with zero problems everything great quality. Even ordered something I ended up not needing AND it got lost even though said it was delivered and I could never find it and they quickly issued a refund anyway.
Scratchy
I bought the percale. Too scratchy and weighty. Very surprised bc the reviews were good. Returned them.
