Laptop repair

Highly recommend Robert. Custom built a gaming Pc for my son, put together a fantastic package at a competitive and affordable price. Customer service was excellent, gave professional advice and answered all our questions queries with an immediate response. The Pc was ready to collect within a few days of ordering. The Pc looks amazing and my son is going to be very happy.

Feedback on computer repair.
Professional, considerate and reliable company. I was kept informed at every stage. After diagnosing the problem with the PC, I was contacted and told what the problem was, how much it would cost to repair and asked if I wanted to go ahead with it. The part was ordered straight away and the PC was returned to us at a mutually agreeable time. Robert set everything up for us at home, making sure that we had everything we needed installed and connected. He said that if we had any questions, we could contact him. After sales customer care is excellent. I did have a couple of queries on the Saturday evening, which I emailed the office about, not really expecting a reply until office hours on Monday. However, I had a reply back within the hour. The PC is working really well now and I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant
Brilliant, efficient and friendly service. Robert was very quick to get back to me, after first contact, to arrange a day to drop off the computer that I needed fixing. The computer was examined and sorted the same day it was dropped off.
Robert then got in contact with me via phone, text and email when I wasn't able to answer his call.
Very knowledgeable, couldn't fault Robert nor Paragon. One happy customer here!
