Brilliant, efficient and friendly service. Robert was very quick to get back to me, after first contact, to arrange a day to drop off the computer that I needed fixing. The computer was examined and sorted the same day it was dropped off.
Robert then got in contact with me via phone, text and email when I wasn't able to answer his call.
Very knowledgeable, couldn't fault Robert nor Paragon. One happy customer here!

This was my second visit to Robert. You can find my first review on Google. This time I only wanted a few tweaks done to my PC. Dropped it off to him and was ready to pick up within an hour. If you live in Llanelli or surrounding areas and want a custom built PC or tweaks done to your current PC then visit Robert. You wont be disappointed.

My old PC was getting slower and slower and before replacing, I needed sound advice before purchasing a new one. I contacted Paragon and spoke with Rob. I found him very straightforward to deal with and he was able to advise me on the correct specification I needed for my requirements. His prices very very competitive. Within 3 days he had built my PC, transferred my old files to the new machine and installed at my home. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on one of the applications I was working on. He offers a remote or on-site support which I know I'll need in the future. Highly recommended.

This is a real customer. I have found Paragon consultants very very efficient. Because I am useless at IT. Paragon has nursed me through and continues to do so. I run a local charity and Paragon set up my website and managed it free of charge, for which I am extremely grateful. They gave up a good fee to do that. In the IT world, Paragon watches my back.

I’ve used Paragon Consultants for more than ten years to service my PC and to upgrade or renew as necessary.
I am now retired and am able to use my PC for normal day to day use but sometimes things baffle me or go completely wrong !!
Three years ago Rob discussed with me that he was setting up a new project and offered me the chance to be included.
For a very reasonable monthly standing order payment Rob now ..
• Sorts out any problems or queries which arise .. almost always remotely by teamviewer
• Carries out an annual service of my PC
• Remotely backs up all of my files in case I do something totally idiotic.
Rob has never failed to sort out a problem .. is always pleasant and helpful .. and has the patience of a saint. !!

Have known Paragon since its original concept. Could not continue using my desktop or laptop without knowing that I have their support.
