Studying with Paragon taught me a whole different method of learning. I have for years studied the conventional way, but have found this new method for me very refreshing. With the support of very experienced and knowledgeable tutor called Jolene Hornsby even the most difficult task was simplified. In a recent teams call with her she gave me the most encouraging feedback that I will remember for the rest of my life. I am very grateful for the opportunity my employer Lavender Oaks Care Home and Paragon has given me in the next step of my career.

I’d recommend anyone this company, especially my trainer Kirsty Welding who has helped me a lot throughout my training, she has also encouraged me to come out of my comfort zone and be more confident in myself, which has helped mentally and physically in and out of this course, which also resulted me getting an end grade of a Merit. I couldn’t be more grateful for this company and Kirsty.

I’d like to leave a review for Joanne Heritage who is a tutor at Paragon Skills. I'd like to say a big thank you for all her support and express my sincere appreciation for her outstanding support and guidance throughout my course.
At one point, I fell behind, but Joanne really helped me get back on track. She was so understanding and patient, and took the time to break things down in a way that made everything feel much more manageable. Her support really helped rebuild my confidence and motivation.
She’s been approachable, encouraging, and always willing to help whenever I needed it. Her feedback was clear and really useful, and she kept me going during the tougher parts of the course.
Thanks to Joanne, I was able to complete my NVQ and feel a lot more confident in what I’m doing. I really appreciate everything she’s done for me. She’s been almost like my personal fairy god mother waving her magical wand and moving heaven and earth for me throughout the course.
Thanks again for everything, Joanne, your a national treasure.

Amazing support from the team. Judy Baxter was personal tutor, she goes above and beyond, from coming out to do my observations on nights, to being available for support throughout my entire journey. The workshops are very helpful and informative. They give you a chance to learn from different types of care settings. Heather is very friendly, she makes workshops so much enjoyable.

Nicky Creswick from Paragon Skills made my apprenticeship journey a very positive experience in many ways. She was always available when I needed extra support and thoroughly explained all tasks so I felt comfortable and knowledgeable to pursue them with ease. Nicky was very encouraging and her support was person centred to me which made my journey enjoyable and possible to complete. If it wasn't for Nicky and her patience I could of easily became overwhelmed, however, I completed the apprenticeship feeling supported and guided.

Paragon Skills is the best when it comes to acquisition of best training in Health and Social Care. Their courses are detailed, comprehensive and relevant. It equips you with the standard of content in a typical university. You will feel that you are running a real academic course that require cognitive abilities. Your works must be original and free from AI. They test your workshop works, consolidation activities and every project works for plagiarism and AI. This brings out your writing skills and creativity. I would recommend Paragon Skills. They will come for physical assessment at your place of work and guide you through all the challenges. They are always ready to help.

I have recently completed my Diploma in Adult Lead Care, before I took this course I had no faith or confidence in myself, I was assigned my personal Tutor Sarah Conebar who was absolutely AMAZING, she helped me grow and build my confidence, I came out with two distinctions, which I never thought was possible. I couldnt have done it without Sarah, her kindness and patience is everything!!!

I had a good experience throughout my apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, but my 5-star rating is entirely thanks to my outstanding tutor, Nicky Crewick.
Her support was absolutely invaluable—I honestly don’t think I could have navigated the challenges without her. She consistently went above and beyond, offering encouragement, reassurance, patience, and expert guidance every step of the way.

At the start it was very rocky as when I started my course I was left for a fair few months with no contact, my first tutor left and I got another one in September last year work left unmarked and no face to face observation completed december came where I met Liz she did my first observation as she was on site doing another. By the end of December my second tutor left and was getting a third tutor and that was the lovely kristy welding she was amazing and all my outstanding work which was 6 units 2 workshops and a mock was left with in 3 weeks I was completed and everything sent to end point assessment with no hick ups
