I ordered a pair of Hestra gloves in…
I ordered a pair of Hestra gloves in the evening and called the next morning to ask if I could change the size I was told I could and the gloves were still in stock. I called later in the day to clarify and was then told that the company had taken too many orders and they would refund me. The refund was sent straight through but surely they can monitor stock levels? Really disappointed with this company and would not trust them to order anything in the future.

Great customer service
Had a great experience with customer service. Original parcel was delivered and left outside as I was not home, it was not there when I got home (potentially stolen). Parasol replaced and resent the product.

Time wasters
I ordered you took my money and didn’t have the stock. Pretty much failed the basics. You get 2 because the refund was at least processed relatively quickly but never shopping with you again
