Absolutely atrocious service, my parcels were not collected from their shop and after many calls and dealing with their incompetence I was informed my parcels will not be collected and delivered and I "can pick them up".
What a joke of a company!!!

They do offer neither a live chat nor telephone number.
The requested us to update the recipient details while it is not possible to update them online.

Never come across such a useless and pointless company in my life. If things go wrong all they do is put obstacles in your way.

I’ve used Parcel 2 Go a few times, without incident. However, despite completing a miriad of forms, I currently have a parcel, transported with UPS, stuck in Thailand customs. The administrators in Thailand are trying to ‘negotiate’ a payment to allow the parcel in - £500 for an import licence for a £10 box of Lego! Parcel2Go are not sorting this out for me.

bought an item from Ebay, tracking showed delivered on 2 different dates!!! never actually turned up, untrustworthy, fraudulent, liars, Refunded by Ebay, dodgy company, DO NOT USE

If you are reading these reviews thinking they are for Parcel2go (as I did) - please check reviews in correct company name, as below reviews are for Parcels2go (is this a real company??).
REVIEW FOR PARCEL2GO (Parcel not Parcels!):
My Daughter & I used Parcel2go in the week before Xmas to send Xmas presents, after lockdown had been announced in much of SE England.
I used Parcelforce & she used DHL. All parcels arrived on time, with no damage.

Bought a delivery services through Hermes, the parcel was lost, I insured it for the full value, when I contacted Hermes they told me it was Parcel2go I must go to. I have then been told that because I can't prove the value of the item with a receipt they won't compensate me for losing it. I have been passed back and forward between the two for over a month, and they are deliberately trying to avoid paying me.

Do not use these people!!

They failed to deliver the parcel because the "couldn't find the address" we have spent 4 weeks trying to either get the parcel back or get it delivered. They dont accept phone calls and it takes hours to get through on their chat (when it works). I wish i had got straight to DPD

Scam. They even transferred my review to this non-existing company.
I haven't left review on Parcels2go. I clearly remember leaving it at Parcel2go.

Please do not waste your money. Waited in all day for them, no one arrived, and as previous reviews have stated, there is no way of tracking, no one to call, you wait online for help and are then told they dont know why noone turned up can they rebook? errr no?!!! Wish I had read reviews before I booked them.

Waste of time. Booked a parcel collection with DHL through Parcels2Go. Waited all day and DHL never arrived. I then spent over half an hour in a queue to talk to a P2G advisor via web chat only to be told that P2G had no idea why DHL had failed to arrive, and they rescheduled the collection for the next day. DHL still didn't arrive.
Parcels2Go are a typical 'middleman' company: they're OK as long as there are no problems, but when something goes wrong they're clueless, and no help whatsoever.
I won't be using either Parcels2Go or DHL again.

Simple, collect parcel, deliver parcel. parcel not collected. No excuses. Won’t use again.Perishable content, time sensitive delivery. Not good enough.

Don't be a renegade and ignore the reviews, AVOID using their services, as they don't offer a service AT ALL! I dropped off my Shpock package, it wasn't collected, got in touch with them, they have no idea why, what will happen or what I should do. So my package has gone in to a black hole. Asked what I should do, they have no idea, asked about a refund, compensation and how to complain, rejected me outright! This is NOT what you need a few days before Xmas. Do as everyone before me has said...AVOID at ALL COSTS!

This is a third party in between varied courier companies overpriced!!! and misleading information can get changed or hidden or not clearly informed to the end paying customer definitely a complaint raising issue as they seem to avoid compensation for delay loss damage to your parcels and give you a one way refund solution which is a credit to their own website that you can use when you buy a courier service from them again . Please report these people to trading standards.

Goods not delivered, with little reasoning, and tried to not pay the claim. Customer service is terrbile. DO NOT USE.

Avoid if you can, and you definitely can. The fact that they are in bed with Hermes says it all.
System does not work to trace or claim for lost packages.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID... if your parcel fails to reach its destination you are expected to jump through hoops to get compensation and there is never a human to speak to.
Deal directly with the shipper and avoid Parcels2Go
IT IS NOT EASY WHEN IT GOES WRONG!!!

Sent an extremely important item overseas. The package was lost by TNT Express. TNT wont take my call since I am a Parcel2Go customer. And Parcel2Go has NO PHONE LINES. The only thing they have is chat, where some guys sitting overseas are sending you copy/pasted messages "Very sorry to hear that - give me a minute to check". I asked them to locate my parcel, and they gave me a complaint number and confirmed that they had filed it with TNT. Upon calling TNT several times, they told me Parcel2Go had never filed any complaint. This process was done several times, and Parcel2Go, it seems, lied to me every single time. Then they finally declared that the parcel was lost, but then got back to me again saying the parcel is found, but still the parcel was not delivered ! So basically they are a pile of bull+h+it ! Its a fraud/scam.
Keep miles away from them. Book directly with the courier company of your choice. Never again ! Not in a million years.

Avoid at all cost, they sent me extra bill inc fees P2G81966282 because they say the parcel was over weight, I had already checked weight several times, and once at the stop shop, and was well within, this was my first time using them, I since have found out from others on social media that this was a common scam with them! I am contacting consumer rights protection agency with the others with the same issue, to stop them trading.
