AVOID.

AVOID.
If you wonder how P2G can afford to collect and deliver at that price, stop wondering. So far they haven't collected my parcel, so can't deliver it, and I can't get anyone at P2G to tell me why (apparently Covid-19 means that they don't have to bother).

Avoid this company at all cost

Had a parcel to be collected on 14th November to be delivered to an address in Leeds , latest it would be delivered was 23rd November but didnt get there . To be then told of a virtual agent it be in the next 48hrs but nope didnt get there to be then told it's been damaged ( This is 48 " TV ). Then to be told it's on it's way back to me. I tried to put claim in but couldnt because I had no proof of damaged until item was returned. Now apparently it is so damaged that it couldnt be delivered back to me and has been taken to warehouse to be destroyed 😡, so now no proof of it even been damaged. I dont believe it for one minute I've been lied to over and over again off different virtual assistants .Disgraceful company avoid like the plaque , I will be getting in touch with Trading Standards

Paid for a parcel to be collected it’s been rebooked 4 times due to non collection rebooked again today. My understanding is it is Hermes who need to pick up as it’s a large parcel . I can’t fault the people I chat with they have been most helpful even tried to get me an upgrade to free postage but as parcel is so large that wasn’t possible . Getting fed up now

Terrible

Terrible, use at your peril.
This is simply an agency and they appear not to have the customer at the forefront. They will not represent you appropriately if you have an issue with one of the large delivery providers they lead you to through this comparison site. You will be part of this 3rd party arrangement and not able to deal directly with the logistics company. Who in turn treat p2g as a thorn in their side 2nd class 3rd party agency without any priority.
READ the detail. ‘Next day’ is in fact from pick up at collection point and that can be anything it seems even 2 weeks was quoted. Only able to speak with roboticised agents. Very FRUSTRATING. Use them to compare and then GO DIRECTLY to the courier.
Lesson learnt. DON’T RISK IT!

Paided for delivery they went to wrong address and then returned it to me. Rang emailed and live chat it's taken them two weeks to reply and they rejected my claim. Customer service TERABLE and AVOID AT ALL COST they will take your money and then leave you high and dry with no back up or help.
NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS as they don't deliver what they say or your parcel.

parcel2go more like parcelgetslost.

sent a parcel through parcel2go via Hermes. Parcel delayed (let's be honest lost???). I paid for guaranteed delivery and parcel not delivered. plus going by other reviews it looks like getting compensation is going to be a nightmare. Christmas ruined. Shall use royal mail next time and not through parcel2go. customer service is rubbish with no one to contact. disgusted.

We Need More Information

Dear zaheer mirza
Thanks for getting in touch with us regarding order(s):
P2G80568290.
To help resolve your query please can you provide the following information:
The sortation process is an automatic process on conveyor belts and the scanning of the items when passing through the network. The courier scans through thousands of parcels therefore the courier is unable to facilitate the taking of photographs of the items while on the scales.

We are made aware of any discrepancies by the courier on our invoices which, depending on the depot, are received on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Once the invoices have been uploaded into the system, any order that has a discrepancy is highlighted and an email sent to the customer.

We understand that errors do occur, but without you providing evidence to confirm otherwise, we would be unable to remove the charge from your account or dispute this with the courier in question.

I appreciate that matters of this nature can be frustrating, however I am trying to assist you and have advised what information is required from yourself in order for us to move forward with your case and potentially be able to remove the charge for you.
We kindly ask that you provide the above requested information as a matter of urgency so that we can resolve your case.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest Regards,
The Parcel2Go Support Team

so the courier who is claiming the wrong size doesnt have to provide photos but i do ,not forgetting that it was posted out 3 weeks ago.

Let’s hope they don’t loose your parcel

I have previously left a review for Parcel2go and it sang there praises yet soon as I have a parcel that goes missing in transit they make it impossible to move forward with a claim rejecting your documents and bouncing email after email back to you saying it can’t be excepted and to send more documents. I paid for full protection via Hermes and they know the parcel went missing with Hermes so why on earth do they need proof from me then rejecting it when sent to them. I swear I’ll never use them again, stick with Royal Mail customers Cos these will happily take your money for parcel and protection but cut you off when they loose your goods and want to make a claim. Just are just as bad as Hermes for customer service so they are well matched

They lost my parcel worth £75 pounds ;( I’ve waited almost 2 months two find out despite their reassurance the parcel is on the way back to me. Huge disappointment.

I requested full refund for the service and time I spent to chase the case despite the fact I was covered for part of the parcel.

Wouldn’t recommend

Just had an email response from them it’s obviously my fault I let them allow someone to steal my parcel because I didn’t take out parcel protection . Just because they can’t complete the job I paid for . Silly me ! Have you seen their recent profit margins advertised but no customer care shown. Disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone used them .

An absolute shambles

An absolute shambles, item returned broken even though I used more polystyrene to shield it Than I should have needed. Box got ripped, corners and sides bashed and recellotaped by someone to hold it together. They contracted out to yodel but neither company excepts responsibility. Time to close these flyby night courier firms Down.

If I could give a minus I would

If I could give a minus I would. Paid for return of a chair bought through Amazon. Paid extra for insurance, text to say it had been delivered and extra for signature. Company are saying they’ve not received it and unable to get hold of parcels2go. Chair cost nearly £200 and return of parcel another £45. May as well have thrown it away
