Most unhelpful

Most unhelpful, incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Will take money off you for protection and then decide they do not cover the item but do not issue refund on protection money payed. Good Scam. There excuse, Please read small print on another page. If they damage items in transport you have to supply all the documents and photos, that they already have. to waste more time. They have no way of contacting there supplier other than a process, that can take 14 days + to get an answer. Absolutely rubbish timescale. Avoid them like the plague

After 1 star review yesterday regarding the collection of an item ( which never happened, despite I took a day off), I received a very generic answer from the company, saying that they will contact me via email. That never happened either. So my disappointment is growing, I just want that parcel to be collected, and forget about this awful company- never ever will use it again.

Outrageous! Don't Use Parcel 2 Go

They damaged 5 of my parcels and didn't provide any compensation. They closed the claims saying that the parcel couldn't possibly be damaged in that way during transit, although my customer send images of the outer packaging which was clearly showing damage from handling the parcel! Parcel 2 Go rejected the claims and emailed to tell me they won't consider any future damage claims. There is no customer service. They just copy and paste some long template replies that don't actually provide any information.

Parcels2go.com and Parcel2go are the same company - seems all the good reviews go to one and the horrendous ones to this one - beware they have NO customer service, live chat or ways to contact them if anything goes wrong - horrendous

This company is a total disgrace

This company is a total disgrace. Their so called live chat simply doesn’t work. They are completely uncontactable. I booked and paid for my parcel no problem……..then……….NO SERVICE! After much stress and messing I gave up, got a refund through PayPal and re-sent my parcel by Royal Mail for a fraction more cost with no hassle whatsoever!! Don’t bother complaining……….no contact and no response from them.

Apparently my parcel has been damaged…

Apparently my parcel has been damaged beyond repair. How the hell they have managed this is beyond me. Trying to get any information or resolution is just a complete waste of time. I just get told to contact the courier, they say contact Parcels2Go. I could have raised a family in the time i spent on this issue. Do not use Parcels2Go or EVRI. they are both worse than useless. Pity there isn't a 0 star rating. Pathetic

DISHONEST DAVE at Parcela2go

I gave one star because I couldn't give you ZERO. Parcels2 go representative 'DISHONEST DAVE' was at it again. I complained that instead of delivering my parcel, which I paid and insured them to do, they returned to me DAMAGED and with PARTS MISSING. If you've been reading my reviews, this is now the FIFTH TIME I have reviewed my case, and DISHONEST DAVE at Parcels2go refuses to engage with me. As you probably know I am a disabled pensioner, and my health has been negatively affected by this whole fiasco. But what do Parcels2go care, they refuse to own, accept and pay for their error, something you would take for granted if you were dealing with an HONEST AND REPUTABLE COMPANY. This case has been ignored by Parcels2go since 23rd MAY 2025 and I am NOT going away.

If you want to receive your parcel, DON'T use this utterly shambolic, useless, uncaring, inefficient company. They, in conjunction with Parelforce, have lost me £300, never mind all the blood pressure raising stress they have caused and the loss of my, urgently needed, item. They repeatedly tell lies, refuse to help, are uncontactable - and don't even use human beings for their "live chat". The most despicable courier company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - and that's saying something. When this matter first started and I originally reviewed, they had the utter gall to ask me to remove my post - pretending the were going to help - so I gave them a chance and this is how they thank me - absolutely SSA. They don't give a damn and don't deserve customers. To prove me wrong - kindly respond, phone me - DO SOMETHING.

Poor service

Refused to help me with an issue on their website finding a parcel drop off point. Refused to send me a label for my parcel and insisted that I had to complete another order. Refused to talk to any of their recommended couriors. Really poor service

I’ve just spent 30 min trying to use…

I’ve just spent 30 min trying to use what was once a simple fill in and go website ! Now totally useless . furious 😡 I don’t want to chat to some useless bot !! Keeps directing me to “ self server “ and it’s on bloody repeat 🤬

The worst service ever

The parcel was collected and I paid the extra insurance to cover it if it was damaged. The parcel was never delivered, when I enquired they told me the parcel was damaged in transit and wasn't covered under the extra insurance I pad for. I requested the damaged parcel was delivered back to me. They wouldn't deliver it back, no refund on the insurance paid and refund on the postage costs. the insurance has been mis sold as the item was never covered, this is agenised the FSO regulations and I will be taking it up with them. The worst company to deal with, I would never use them again

Booked a parcel. Not delivered twice.

Booked a parcel collection on the 4th June for collection on the 5th by DX. Order and tracking provided. Not collected. When I tried to find out why they stated they had no info from DX and it was up to DX. Was then told by DX it would be delivered on 6th. (today). Now 8pm and no collection. Seems Parcel2Go could not care less once they have your money. The order is through Parcel2Go and it is for them to solve the problem.

No showed 3 arranged pickups

I arranged a return through Parcels 2 Go
For 11/04 and they no showed. I arranged for 2 more pickups and both of those were no shows as well. I ended up canceling the service and was able to get my money back.
I finally went to DHL for less money and premium service.

Sent an insured parcel with them,by Evri ,parcel never arrived.A week later nothing,just had a long online discussion, absolutely no activity.Given up hope of getting any sense out of them or the insurance money.Book direct with the courier in future.

Lost my insured parcel on 13th January and still no refund. Just copy-paste replies from what feels like AI, no real help, no accountability. Total waste of time. Book direct with the courier and avoid this nightmare!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS! They steal money with hidden charges. Sent parcel from UK to Italy value £50 as a GIFT for someone’s birthday. FedEx Customs were BULLYING receiver to PAY €31 otherwise the WILL NOT DELIVER AND WILL CHARGE FOR EVERY DAY PARCEL OS WITH THEM. That’s 70% on the top.
AND NO INFO WHEN YOU BOOK TO SEND.

Does Parcel2Go look at their reviews…

Does Parcel2Go look at their reviews and try to change, improve... I bet not !!! And they should.
Exprience which is still ongoing through me out completely... While booking parcel with Parcelforce via P2G, I got a surcharge of over £55 (parcel cost me £43 something, 5 kg not large dimesions, medium size) Surcharge information based on "the fact" from the Courier that my parcel was 24kg in weight (dimensions sort of as I declared) 6 bone china dinner plates were in the parcel...and I send similar sized often with sort of the same charge while booking... I don't know what Parcelforse think have to be put into a box rather than bricks to make it weight 24 kg. Still in process of disputing this charge as I've proven my point and they will never prove theirs as it's nusence... But that is how Couriers try to con you and expect you to pay... Tryst has been broken and can't be regained again...as that is definitely how these "reputable" companies try to rip off ordinary customer... Disquisting !!!

LABELS DO NOT ARRIVE

I booked 2 parcels today through parcel2go for my for parcels to be dropped off at the post office via Royal mail. They were both for the same person but different weights & sizes. The first label came through ok, then another Royal mail label came through. Thinking this was my other label I took my parcels to the post office some distance from my house only to be told the QR code for both parcels was exactly the same and I was only allowed 1 parcel to be sent. I contacted p2go chat line . I must have been on there at least over 1 hour trying to explain could they send me my other label.
It was like talking to a brick wall. Eventually i was sent a label to download which was the one I should that should have been sent earlier. No explanation was given why it was not sent once payment had been made. I had the same problem last week my label never arrived and was told I need to make another payment which I had already done. Not sure what is happening with this company anymore as I have been using it for many years now without a problem. Something is going drastically wrong and needs addressing asap as I feel now that I need to find a competent company I can trust that knows what is doing.

Follow up to a parcels2go experience

Having used the company I received a message to say there was a problem no more info so tried to contact the company ,no chance .
Having used trustpilot to point this out I received a message from the company saying they were going to investigate I have now received two replies both make no sense and have no relevance to my situation this is a company who just want your business / money and just do not seem to want to help customers when something goes wrong, an email promise is easily made for the purpose of replying to a trustpilot review. Can I make a suggestion that to get the correct information try talking to the customer please inform company
