One star is too much for these jokers

One star is too much for these jokers.
Evri was the company they booked me with, totally useless too.
They have to collect from a business in business hour, the company closes at 17.00 weekdays they turn up at 21.00 at night and say nobody was in !!!!
Clowns, no use to man or beast.
Book with anybody else.

OK let me start with this morning I spent almost 45 minutes talking with customer service NO complaints there the Guy Daniel tried his best for me, now trying to email P2G is almost if not impossible 😤 I bought an iPad 7th September day before travelling to Turkey where I am now, unfortunately there was a problem with the iPad luckily there was a couple living in my home town living 600M from my friends shop where I bought the iPad, it arrived great, got a message it was fixed so when I spoke to my friend he asked how to return it told him to choose he chose P2G 👍 so though great maybe 10 days so started checking on where it was, got a message it’s in the countries customs now, then it’s in transit ❓❓so was expected 18th October spent three and a half days waiting for the parcel to arrive though something amiss here so asked to tracker where is my parcel ❓. Only to be told it arrived Damaged yet all the time been told in transit ..
I’ve asked will I receive the damaged parcel ❓don’t think it will it’s more than likely been stolen because of telling them what’s in the parcel a magnet to Disappear in to thin air so I don’t recommend sending anything valuable to Turkey, I may change my mind but only if the damaged parcel turns UP 🤔🤔 I don’t believe in Fairy Tales
The real anger is you can’t contact P2G by a simple email message or a WhatsApp call almost 2024 would you believe IT

DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE

One star is too much for them.
I booked a parcel on the first of Sept for a next day / two day service. It’s not delivered as of the 10th Sept .
FED EX STILL HASN’T DELIVERED MY PARCEL

Useless

Well. It is now obvious to me that this company is trying every means to be totally uncontactable. Round and round you go on their website. Choices for help limited too. You just cannot get help with real issues. Wasted my evening trying to sort out their failed parcel post processing - drop shop couldn't scan the item...didn't show up in the system. So paid my money and ...... Nothing ......

Parcels 2 go do not pay out for damaged…

Parcels 2 go do not pay out for damaged light fitting, why because it had a glass shade, the metal bars arrived bent, a glass shade was broken, spent loads of bubble wrapping, polystyrene box then bubble wrapped again and they blame the customer for their poor service throwing boxes here there and every where, care nil, but they took my money for a service and failed again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

£193.83 'surcharge'

I sent a parcel (worth £50) via UPS. Parcel2Go sent me a £193.83 'surcharge' based on the parcel being 180Kg and far larger than the actual size.

Although I explained it was physically impossible for anyone to lift a parcel weighing 180Kg (and almost 2 metres long) they asked for evidence in the form of a photo of my item on scales to show the true weight.

This is clearly an unreasonable request (perhaps designed to make claims impossible?) so I had to pay £193.83 surcharge on top of the original delivery cost.

Not professional or trustworthy

Payed on DPD local website but they blamed all the issues on parcels2go and my payment was made to them

Payed for next day delivery only for them to ignore it and leave it sat at the post office for 4 days until I had to go and reclaim it back myself and take it to the receivers address

Nothing but hassle trying to get a refund from them and they didn't seem to care less about it so no idea who they are as I thought I was paying DPD but seem totally useless as a courier company

Parcels2Go is a totally useless service

Parcels2Go is a totally useless service. I arranged for collection of a parcel on the 12th June. Stayed in all day but no one came. Then I received an e-mail saying a collection attempt was made but failed. How could that be as nobody rang the doorbell nor knocked on the door. A complete waste of a day and now I need to make other arrangements for sending the parcel. This was my first time using the Parcels2Go service and it will be the last. Needless to say I've requested a refund. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. You could be lucky and all go smoothly, but then again, maybe not.

Awful service - lost parcel, 30mins on chat to be told they can’t tell me anything due to data protection!!

1. Courier couldn’t find my address apparently, when every other delivery driver can. Note: The delivery was planned for a Saturday evening!
2. Courier puts a status update of ‘Misc’ on the tracking - because that clearly explains what’s happened or is happening for me as the recipient
3. 10 mins just to be put through to an agent on chat
4. 20 mins with the agent checking my details to then tell me due to data protection, (even though I am the recipient) they can’t tell me anything or rebook the delivery for me etc.

What a waste of time this company and their service are!

Avoid at all costs!

Parcels to go have been shocking.
The claim system is floored. So if they ever lose a parcel, they can get get out of refunding you.
They basically tell you that you cant open a claim until 28 days have passed incase the parcel shows up… fair point.
However, what they don’t tell you, is that if your parcel is lost, you have to report it within 28 days of the parcel being received by them!
How is it even possible to make a claim on these grounds!
Absolutely awful! I’ve sent 100’s of parcels through my business with them, and will now be using someone else!

Avoid At All Cost!

Whatever you do, do not use this service. I had 3 parcels go missing albeit via one of the companies who they use (InPost). Filled out a claim for the missing item, agreed on a refund amount after InPost admitted it was lost. It has been in payment pending status since and that was well over a month ago. When you try to enquire about your claim you are guided to a very shoddy chat service that told me I was being transferred three times to a so called claims department. I was left each time with no transfer and nobody to continue the chat with. There is no way to contact them via phone which seems borderline criminal. Getting your money back seems almost impossible. Do not trust this company, or InPost as they are also terrible!

Website is terrible and refunds too slow

I used the Parcels2go online service, chose the details, paid my £10.30 and the site refused to print out the parcel labels, "Nothing to print" kept showing up.
Trying to contact someone is a bloody joke only an automated "help assistant", which was no good at all. Rather than risk it a 2nd time, I had to request online for a full refund, which will take 2 working days, lets see!! Its been 3 working days and still nothing!!!
I took the parcel to the post office and it was delivered the next day for less than £7.00 signed for service.

I have had an account for some time but am seriously thinking about cancelling it, if and when I get the refund I am due.

You expect better than this nowadays.

Update, After writing this review, my payment was refunded BUT into a Parcels2go, prepay account, so I am being held hostage to use their services again,
Why can't they refund the monies to my debit card??
Again, poor service

The most shocking service ever, will never use them again, I supplied everything they required for a claim as my parcel was lost and they have closed my claim as I never complied with their requests apparently! Worst service ever will never use or recommend them again

Lost parcel after 3 months !

Sent medals to be remounted on 17th November 2022. Should have been 48 hr delivery................... Kept chasing..., nothing happened.. 24th December got notice they had been delivered.
However the company I sent them to asked me when I was sending them ! I checked tracking and it first said Delivered,.. then " Returned to Depot " on the 30th December. Asked them to investigate........ Told they had been delivered...
NOPE they had just seen the tracking on 24th which was false and had to re open the investigation......... Same thing happened again.... Reopened on 15th JANUARY 2023 !! And lo and behold told again delivered. Now after a call they say my medals are lost !!
So NOPE.... wont be using again !!

Paid this company over £30 to collect…

Paid this company over £30 to collect and delivery a keyboard approx 150cm on the 19th dec they collected it and now can’t find it but then on the 4th Jan they emailed me asking for more money obviously paid it as I want the item , they the came back saying we can’t find it ? Shouldn’t be in business or evri

Appalling organisation which does…

Appalling organisation which does everything to make contact difficult when help is needed. Unable to contact their recommended couriers when they fail to make an urgent delivery. Their courier, Evri, failed to make a delivery of urgent medications today by falsely claiming they had tried but no one was home … elderly parents desperately awaiting the important medications were perched by the door and looking out of the window all the time. Evri use the word “TRUST” all over their website. This has to be an offence under Trade Descriptions”. You cannot rely on Evri or Parcels2Go … together they promise much, yet deliver little and you are left as piggy-in-the-middle when help is needed…they are virtually unreachable and seemingly unaccountable.
I cannot recommend relying on either of them if you have a time critical or important consignment.
