Nicole Skelland
Nicole Skelland is an amazing recruiter. I had many recruiters put me forward for just 1 role and then give up. Nicole put me forward for multiple roles all similar to one another and even when one went bad she kept persisting. Eventually it led to me being offered a role and it’s all thanks to Nicole’s persistence and communication. I could not recommend anyone more highly for finding anyone the right job!

I am really pleased with the opportunity this company has given to me.
I have been contacted by Lauren Stein for a job role in SaaS and without her support I wouldn’t have been able to pass the interviews stage. She been very friendly and supportive to guide me through the steps and the questions I had to prepare for, plus suggestion on the research and answer I had to take. I got a job in less than a week. Very very grateful. She is a genuine young woman full of passion and determination for her job.

This company is very supportive
This company is very supportive, offering advice and feedback for applicants throughout the process. My experience was made great as the selection process helps the applicants feel at ease and allows them to ask questions.

Very good!
Had a wonderful experience with Pareto. Ben (Graduate Manager) contacted me the day after my application and 2 days later, I was at an assessment day. Ben gave me a lot of helpful pointers and ways I could stand out, and I felt he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my experience.
Very impressed!

Pareto ran assessment day
I had an amazing experience with Pareto throughout the application process. Before the assessment day I had calls with Katherine and Arty to help me with my prep but also to tell me all about the day. They were both so helpful and made me feel much more confident going into the assessment day.

I applied for a Graduate Commercial…
I applied for a Graduate Commercial Careers Programme role with Pareto, which was advertised as an entry-level graduate scheme offering training and development. I hold a bachelor’s degree and relevant diplomas, so I meet the requirements stated.
However, just three days after applying, I received an unannounced phone call that immediately turned into what felt like an interview. I wasn’t given the chance to confirm my availability or prepare. When I tried to explain my background, I was cut off and told the role wasn’t a good fit.
This was confusing and disappointing because the role was advertised as entry-level with training, yet I was treated as though I needed to be fully experienced in B2B sales already. If that’s what they are looking for, the job description should reflect it.
Overall, the process felt intrusive, dismissive, and inconsistent with what was advertised. For a company claiming to support graduates, the candidate experience did not match expectations.

Don't trust them.
Don't trust them.
I wont trust them to tie my shoelaces. A pathetic excuse of an assessment, mocking and a group of unqualified and under academic kids, all from the worst universities across the UK, they just want High attedance without any care as to your own aspirations. From the first call trying to say things that you want to hear, to the end of the day, you felt it all to be a complete waste of time travelling to their office miles away.
They prioritise certain groups over others. Avoid away from the other fake reviews.

Stay clear and use other platforms.
Attended a recent assessment day. The team are full of energy and promise of plenty of opportunities. Throughout the who process. there was never any clarity to which roles I'd be put forward to. Just call after call and then assessment days comes let most know they will be put forward to some suited roles and they will follow up with urgency. Then just like that, zero communication after follow ups and zero opportunities.
When questioned on the specific opportunities, only vague answers, " we have plenty for you", "you'll be a great fit for several of our clients", "You have the experience to do really well".
Attended a recent assessment day - Complete waste of a day. Over energised, people don't know what they are doing, very repetitive and vague answers to almost every question about the actual role.

Scam company, immature and incompetent staff. Extremely long interview process and will provide you with no form of growth in your career.

From start to finish the whole experience at the open day was amazing, i immediately wanted to be hired by Pareto haha. Exceptional work by the host of the event and also honourable mention for Tom Rushworth, whom i interviewed with and Tom Jackson for being a great go to guy during the whole process.

I attended a recent assessment day with…
I attended a recent assessment day with Pareto and, unfortunately, found the experience quite disappointing. While the day was well-structured logistically, there was very little clarity on what the assessors were actually looking for, and the feedback (if any) offered no real insight into the decision-making process.
It felt more performative than genuinely developmental — there was a heavy emphasis on competitive group tasks, with little room to showcase individuality, experience, or critical thinking in a meaningful way. Despite being encouraged to prepare and bring energy, the environment didn’t feel conducive to honest evaluation or growth.
Travel reimbursement was also slow, with no proactive follow-up. Overall, it left me questioning how meritocratic the process really is. I’d advise future candidates to treat it as a numbers game rather than a fair showcase of your potential.
Great Pareto experience!
Had a great experience with Pareto, especially Tom Jackson who made a usually stressful process into an exciting, smooth one. He helped me prep for the assessment days with so much help and I honestly think without his help I wouldn’t have been successful. Thank you again so much for your help!

Brilliant education resource
I've attended multiple sessions with Pareto over the last few month, the 3 hour CPD sessions which are recorded if you can't attend on the day, the free 1 hour sessions on week nights and the on demand courses and recourse packs. They also have a WhatsApp group which is well used with Q&A sessions relating to the taught topics and any clinician presentations group members have questions about. I've found all the sessions excellent and would definitely recommend them. It's great you can do the masterclasses in your own time if you can't attend at the time. Really flexible and the platform organises are always available to answer any questions or help with IT issues

From the initial phone call with the Pareto Team, I was extremely happy with the professionalism and organisation ahead of my assessment day!
The preparation that the team guide you through ahead of assessment day allowed me to be confident and enthusiastic about myself.
They offered continued support and critical feedback when needed.
This culminated in an expected well organised assessment day that provided me with an amazing opportunity to work under one of their clients! Couldn’t recommend Pareto enough.
